Then again, you could argue that Brady plays within a system, while Peyton IS the system.

You see the light as well.

People will start coming around sooner or later... Brady's gotta get #4 and tie Bradshaw/Montana and at that point it will just be a laughing matter.
we agree on something after all these years huh...interesting

So if Peyton is the system...he's the problem when they lose...which is all the time against good teams

The same way you can say he got bailed out in that Super Bowl...the same way I can say that Brady got bailed out with an opportunistic ball hawking defense and a clutch a.ss kicker. Plus they've always shown balance on the ground

All 3 of the Pats Super Bowls were won by 3 points...even after turnovers, a running game, etc. etc. etc.. Of course I'll say Brady is great, can't deny that after the 2007 season..just saying

his defense always puts him bad situations. If Peyton had a defense then he'd win every year, let's be real now.

Brady and Peyton are both beasts.

Yep...this describes it perfectly

Whether the team does well or not goes through Peyton. If he's having an average day...they'll probably lose. That's unlike most Quarterbacks who could throw one or two interceptions or have an average game but win with with a running game and defense

Been saying this for years.

When brady retires hes gonna be the 2nd best ever behind Joe the goat Montanna.
This post should be a bible verse

Peyton Manning gets a whole lot of credit for losing a lot of games on HIS mistakes. Brett Farve is a "gunslinger" but Peyton Manning is a "genius" and they both throw a lot of interceptions to lose games

in big games, it's the other way around

Peyton does not put up points against good teams

if your defense is holding playoff level teams to 20 most of the time as they were, Peyton should have been able to put up 21 and more often than not, he doesn't

the greatest argument of our generation. Id take manning all day cuz dude is a genius and we all know that if not for injuries they would b a different team. Both are some of the greatest qbs ive ever got to see play and i think if you switch them that manning would have more success than brady and ill leave it as that.

What do you base this off?

If you took tom brady off the pats, they would be cellar dwellers, if you take Peyton Manning off the colts, the offense coordinators actually have to start working, and they would be cellar dwellers.

If you take a star qb off his team, the team doesnt get better unless they play in minnesota
