i could always do more cardio . But like ive said ive been doin pushups .. just did 45 right now gonna try to bust 4o again , then like a 20 so i can go over 100

Do cardio and eat right!

Its was already said but it will repeat "Spot fat reduction is a myth"!

If its not happening fast enough clean your diet even more and increase intensity of the cardio.

I will let you in on a secret the cheapest piece of cardio equipment after the street outside your house is a jump rope. A jump rope will have better results than any magic pill or fancy equipment.

If you are building muscle under your fat then you are defeating your own purpose
