Of course this thread will be updated incrementally.

RULES
  • We use North American MMA weight classes, as it makes the most sense, imo.
  • SHW (super-heavyweight), HW (heavyweight), LHW (light heavyweight), MW (middleweight), WW (welterweight) and LW (lightweight)
  • Only three lifts are measured: squat, bench and deadlift (you must have ALL THREE LIFTS)
  • Post your stats (one-rep max; bodyweight; height) in this thread and you'll be updated
  • BX honor system, that means we don't check for videos unless other participants call bulls**t
  • we don't discriminate between age/s3x; just lift the damn weight!
  • ANYONE can partipate, anyone who posts in this thread automatically has his stats entered
  • ANYONE can call bulls**t at any time, just type the offender's name and lifts, and briefly explain why

You have it down pretty good, I like the height idea, gives the others a view of what leverage that person is working with.

You're doing good. Honor system will have to work for now. Plus, not everyone can go and just max out at any given time lol, if they work out all the time.

Yeah I REALLY don't like the honor system. But anyway.... All in all I think this thread's an excellent motivator. As you can see I'm a small dude, so seeing these numbers gets me going in the gym.

I'm just getting over an elbow injury, my bench shoulda been near the 405's if not more, so I haven't been able to hit triceps very hard, not even now yet. I usually do close grip with 315 for 5, but it was putting too much pressure on my left elbow, so I just do 225 for reps of 15 lol

I've been focusing a lot on shoulders and weight pullups lately, got 255 on seat for 4, and did 2 45's + body weight of pullups for 5.

I can't wait till my elbow fully heals, so I can start going heavy again on bench, s**t is pissing me off, I'm scared to rep more then 315 because of the elbow, been trying to rep it out to build stronger tendons/ ligaments. Same with deadlifts, been just trying to rep out 455 and 475, with reset reps, the whole time. omg,my muscles are sore, from never doing more than 3 reps lol

and my squats always have sucked from never working out legs till this year lol. Big progress though, max went from 315, to repping out 325 for 10.

Only suggestion is to add military press. Either seated or standing.

Also look up the APA or USAPA weight categories.

APA/USAPA got like a billion weight classes, and besides, does any class lower than 155 lbs really matter?

Also, APA/USAPA only tests for the standard PL big three (no Miami Heat), which doesn't include MP's.

I was thinking more along the line of the 200+ range, not below 155.

I know it doesn't include military but I feel that is an essential lift and an additional lift that would be be easy to keep track of. Obviously not add it on to the total but keep track of it.

Explain? I always had them in my routines but never really looked at them as an essential lift.
