As Requested... Watch As I Expose Auburn!!

OK here we go......s**t is so complicated and intricate. Some of this is a rehash to connect the dots on what I'm hearing.

First of all there are 3 FBI investigations.

1. Colonial Bank- This is a bank that was started by Auburn BOT member Bobby Lowder. This guy is the mastermind behind all things shady at Auburn. The banks a.ssets were seized by The FEDS and shut down after a failed scheme that lead stockholders to beleive there was bailout money coming when it was not.

Lowder had no problem mixing Colonial business with Auburn business. When the alumni a.ssociation launched its first branded credit card in the mid-1980s, Colonial was awarded the contract. Over the years Lowder has installed a few of his fellow trustees on the Colonial board, and others have had business relationships with his bank. "People always talk about the millions he's given to Auburn," says Paul Davis, a local newspaperman who's been writing columns critical of Lowder for two decades. "I always say, What about the millions he's made off of Auburn?"

From the time he joined the board of trustees, Lowder has shown a special interest in day-to-day operations, chairing an athletics committee of the board that met in private and, insiders say, calling coaches directly to mandate changes. And he has shown that he runs out of patience with football coaches just as he does with bank executives.

In 1998 Terry Bowden resigned as football coach with five games remaining in the season, despite a 47-17-1 overall record, after he was given the message that Lowder wanted him gone. Lowder denied any involvement. There was an outcry among alumni and students, but soon Bowden's replacement, Tommy Tuberville, was winning and the controversy subsided.

A few years after his resignation, however, Bowden gave an interview to local reporter Davis alleging that Lowder had organized a program in which wealthy alumni contributed cash to a slush fund to pay players to sign with Auburn.

Several people with knowledge of the system and Lowder's role in it told Fortune that Bowden was telling the truth and that they had seen a book with a list of the slush-fund donors. Again, Lowder would not comment for this story, and we could find no record that he had addressed this question in the past.

Bobby Lowder, the man behind Colonial Bank's failure - Oct. 12, 2009

Wonder why Terry Bowden got silent about this??? He was given a very nice severance package but his silence about Auburn was part of the deal to keep the money. Once he spoke out he was threatened with legal action so he shut up.

Sports: Bowden remark could be costly

AUBURN, Ala. - Terry Bowden might have violated an agreement with Auburn when he said on tape in 2001 that players were being paid when he arrived as coach.

The agreement Bowden signed with Auburn on May 17, 2002, stated that he knew of no violations at Auburn while he was coach from 1993-98 and that he agreed to repay $620,000 if he made such accusations, in "public or private."

The a.ssociated Press obtained a copy of the agreement Monday. It was the last of three pacts between Auburn and Bowden.

In the first agreement in 1999, Bowden promised not to say anything negative about Auburn. In a reworking of the agreement in 2000, that clause was removed. But in last year's agreement, which the Huntsville Times reported Sunday, a similar clause was reinstated.

Under that agreement, Bowden said he knew of no unreported NCAA violations during his term and would "immediately refund and return to Auburn" the $620,000 if he made any comments that were "inconsistent with or contrary to these representations."

Bowden, speaking on a tape that was recorded in 2001, claimed boosters were funneling thousands of dollars to players when he became coach in 1993. The Tigers were on probation when he took over, and Bowden said he eventually stopped the payments.

2. Milton McGregor- This guy is a slimeball and has been connected with all types of political and financial corruption. Recently indicted by THE FEDS for trying to pay off Senators to legalize gambling. Big Time Auburn booster has donated millions to Auburn. Under FBI investigation.

3. And then the potential pay for play pipeline at Auburn that could possibly uncover money laundering, fraud, extortion and tax evasion.

First off Colonial Bank.........The members on The Board Of Trustees were Bobby Lowder, Milton McGregor and former Auburn football head coach Pat Dye whom lost his job for getting caught in a pay for play scheme which directly involved this bank. This 60 minute video tells it all about Auburn's history with Colonial Bank.......7 minute mark is very telling.

Now from what I said earlier Colonial Bank failed and therefore the means by which Aubrun players obtained these "loans" was no longer available. Enter Milton McGregor.

Milton McGregor owns a casino and dogtrack down near Auburn country.

 VictoryLand Home Page

This guy has been accussed of laundering money to politicians by THE FEDS with "winnings" at the casino. They all just luckily would come in, play predesignated slot machines and JACKPOT!!

The Mayor Of Birmingham, Alabama Larry Langford recently was convicted of money laundering and federal corruption by THE FEDS. He is good friends with Milton McGregor and he happened to hit one of those JACKPOTS!!

[pic - click to view]

Lawsuit claims Birmingham Mayor Larry Langford walked out of bingo operation with a rigged jackpot | al.com

A Tuskegee woman is suing Milton McGregor's VictoryLand electronic bingo operation, alleging fraud when employees there escorted Birmingham Mayor Larry Langford to specific machines last month when he won more than $50,000.

Sandra Howard's lawsuit in Macon County Circuit Court alleges that Langford won the money Aug. 28. That's 11 days after a federal magistrate in Birmingham ruled that Langford was unable to pay his attorneys in a federal bribery case, ordering the government to cover his legal bills. The suit echoes claims in an unresolved 2007 suit filed by Cynthia Teel against VictoryLand. In that case, an Oct. 23, 2008, affidavit from a VictoryLand employee says officials at the Shorter facility manipulated a machine to guarantee payouts to certain people, including Langford, from 2006 to 2008.

It is being said that Auburn players are given ATM cards that are linked to the "slush fund" which is financed by Milton McGregor, Bobby Lowder, Jimmy Rane and other boosters.

It is also being said that Auburn players are winning these mysterious JACKPOTS at Milton McGregor's Casino.

So to recap look at the cast involved...

Pat Dye........known cheater and BOT of the same bank that paid Auburn players in the past.
Milton McGregor......FBI target for mulitple reasons. Auburn Booster. BOT member of bank.
Bobby Lowder....founder of bank. Dictator of everything Auburn. BOT member.
Trooper Taylor.......the Cailpari of football. Everyone knows he cheats just nothing has stuck to him yet.

And due to these FBI investigations there are tapes.

[pic - click to view]

Prosecutor: Wire taps for 2 Alabama casino owners - BusinessWeek

In addition to the tapes of 3,000 phone calls, defense attorneys said they have received more than 100,000 pages of documents from prosecutors. Turning over that information is required of prosecutors so defense attorneys can prepare for a trial scheduled April 4.

The FBI has had this info for quite some time but had bigger fish to fry with all the political corruption and fraud with Lowder and McGregor.

Now with this story getting bigger.........the FBI has acknowledged that they have info in these transcripts that will expedite the NCAA probe.

True NONE of this has been "reported" and connected in this much detail.......but everything I have heard thus far eventually has come to light. And even Cecil Newton has backtracked on some of his denials.

DENY DENY DENY.........until the FEDS come knocking.

Cam Newton's attorney says quarterback didn't ask for or receive money from any school

Cam Newton attorney's said today the quarterback has not taken any improper benefits from Auburn University or any school, and he has cooperated with the NCAA's investigation into recruitment.

Attorney George Lawson told WSB-TV reporter Mark Winne that "absolutely no money has been offered to Cam Newton and Cam Newton hasn't asked for any money."

The video of the interview is on the WSB website.

Here are the questions from the interview:

--Has Cam Newton, Cecil Newton and Mrs. Newton told what they know to the NCAA and Auburn University?
"Cam Newton, Cecil Newton and Jackie Newton have participated in the ongoing NCAA investigation, and have been truthful and candid with the NCAA. They will continue to cooperate with the NCAA and produce and answer any and all questions the NCAA has for them."

--Are you saying Cam Newton knew nothing about any money...
"I don't think there's any question that Cam Newton knew nothing about any money discussions, if any discussions were had."

--Has Cecil Newton been truthful to the NCAA?
"I would suggest what Cecil Newton has said to the NCAA has been truthful, what Jackie Newton has said has been truthful and what Cam Newton has said has been truthful."

--Has the Newton's lifestyle changed?
"Absolutely not. Absolutely not. They have a very modest lifestyle."

--Have the Newtons heard from the FBI?
"I know nothing about an FBI investigation. I don't even know if the FBI is investigating that. I've had occasion to see probably the same thing you've seen on ESPN. That's all I know about it."

--What about the reports that Cam Newton's academic situation at the University of Florida?
"Cam Newton's grades and academic standing at the University of Florida are protected matters. And to the extent that the University of Florida has violated a federal statute, I have some understanding to what the University of Florida's address is and at some point in time they'll hear from me."

--Legal acton?
I'm not suggesting what it would be, but the University of Florida will hear from me.

--You'll be contacting the University of Florida in behalf of...
"Cam Newton."

---...about disclosures of his academic records?
"If the University of Florida has disclosed unlawfully Cam's personal and private records, then I will be talking to the University of Florida about that."

--Are those reports about his academic situation there accurate?
"No, they're not accurate. He's a very polished, he's a very smart young man and at this point in his life, he's a mature young man. He's much more mature than what most 21-year-olds would be with all the things he has gone through in his life."

--You're 100 percent sure he took no money...
"I am a million percent confident that Cam Newton took no money from no one."

--He knew nothing about solicitation of money...
"I would suggest to you he knew nothing about any solicitation of any money from anyone."

Sources: Wiretaps don't link Milton McGregor to Auburn quarterback Cam Newton

Wiretaps made as part of the recent federal investigation into
vote-buying in the Alabama Legislature contain no conversations that
connect Victoryland owner Milton McGregor to quarterback Cam Newton's
recruitment to Auburn, according to multiple sources familiar with the
statehouse probe.

A TMZ.com report Wednesday said FBI agents looking into Newton's
recruitment "are also asking about Milton McGregor." The Web site reported that agents asked "someone connected to the Newton case" if he knew McGregor.

McGregor attorney Joe Espy issued a statement Wednesday that strongly denied any involvement by McGregor.

"Contrary to postings on celebrity and sports blogs, Milton McGregor has never had any contact direct or indirect with Cam Newton, Cecil Newton -- Cam's father -- (agent) Kenny Rogers or anyone surporting to represent Cam Newton,'' the statement said. "Mr. McGregor has never been asked to provide money for any recruitment or compensation of any current or perspective student athlete including Cam Newton at Auburn or any other school, and has never provided any type of compensation in that regard period no exceptions."

McGregor donated $1 million to Auburn University in 2008.

The continuing statehouse probe, which has included wiretaps and has led to indictments of 11 people including McGregor, is being conducted by the FBI and federal prosecutors based in Alabama and Washington, D.C. It centers on legislation to allow electronic gambling.
