Mechanically separated meats are generally the left over scraps off bones, etc. So it's not the highest quality meat available, lol.

thats the thing tho. These cans are cheap, quick and easy to fix. Its hard on me because I grew up in a poor neighborhood and never had much. My mom had to struggle to give me the clothes on my back and food on my plate. I'm in college right now and cant afford to be eating healthy so I have to go and eat these.:sad2:

Wild caught salmon actually is better than farm raised salmon, less mercury and more omega 3 I believe. Tuna I'm not so sure about. But generally speaking seafood is better for you wild caught than farm raised. Although some of the worlds best oysters are farmed in the ocean, but that's another story.

damm but vienna sausages are minimum 69 cents a can, you can find off brand tuna for 69 cents a can and is almost all protein? where do you live anyway?

I eat them s**ts all the time.... my kid loves em too. I cant be the only one who lives check to check. Sometimes we eating good,... sometimes we making spaghettios and eating sausages.... and i work full time. Child support + car payments = money gone.
