yeah bruh those dont look 2 good 4 you fam. get some deli meats if you like those. some turkey or buffalo chicken brea$t. most canned s**t got mad salt/sodium/preservatives therefore lacking nutritional value and not related to eating "clean" and fresh which is the bodybuilders way
i'm not worried about the salt and all that other s**t, I just wanna know if they use the right parts of the chicken in these s**ts. I was reading the ingredients and it says "mechanically separated chicken" then chicken broth etc.

Mechanically separated meats are generally the left over scraps off bones, etc. So it's not the highest quality meat available, lol.

Organs, Intestines, cartilage, a.ss... that's what you are eating, just eat sardines on olive oil if you are going to eat anything in a can.

thats the thing tho. These cans are cheap, quick and easy to fix. Its hard on me because I grew up in a poor neighborhood and never had much. My mom had to struggle to give me the clothes on my back and food on my plate. I'm in college right now and cant afford to be eating healthy so I have to go and eat these.:sad2:

Wild caught salmon actually is better than farm raised salmon, less mercury and more omega 3 I believe. Tuna I'm not so sure about. But generally speaking seafood is better for you wild caught than farm raised. Although some of the worlds best oysters are farmed in the ocean, but that's another story.

I eat them s**ts all the time.... my kid loves em too. I cant be the only one who lives check to check. Sometimes we eating good,... sometimes we making spaghettios and eating sausages.... and i work full time. Child support + car payments = money gone.

f**k a healthy... eat what you got when you got it. ::
