Hammer Rope Curls (rest-pause) - 145x10,7,7,6,6,6

Quick workout done in 25 min. 30-45 second rest in between sets and 45-60 second rest in between exercises. Arms felt like they were about to explode by the end of the workout. Went lighter this workout because I really wanted to focus on form and squeeze on all these exercises. Didn't really like the higher volume for arms. I prefer to do 4 sets and hit them hard and heavy.

Gotta put that work in if you wanna get results. No sense half-assing it and expecting something to happen. To me it's just a waste of time and I get frustrated if I feel I didn't give it my all that workout.

Damn, fact paced workout done in 20 min. Could barely lift my arms to parallel at the end. 45 second rest in between sets.

Seated Machine Rows (close superset w/ wide) - 3x185x15,185x15
Straight Arm Pulldowns (rest-pause) - 1x175x14x13x10x8x8x6x6x3x3x1x1x1

Done in 30 min. 60 second rest between sets and 10 second between supersets. Never felt my lats this pumped before. Kept the weight light on the pulldowns and rows so I could really squeeze on each rep.

Week 4 - Day 1 - Chest

Flat DB Press - 110x2x8
Incline BB Press - 280x2x6,5
Incline DB Press - 100xx2x8

Strength felt great today. Felt good to be back to a more hit style of training. Decided to drop the amount of working sets from 9 to 6 to try and up the intensity. Happy with the results today. 60-90 second breaks in between sets. A huge difference from last week. Had more energy at the end of the workout then I normally do. Weighed myself today: 248. Review later in the week. I'm also gonna try to get a video of leg presses tomorrow.

I pulled 565 a few weeks ago, my upper body been slacking cause of my elbow but its been feeling amazing. Haven't done bench in so long, heavy and got 355 for triple, a.ssisted on the third but he said i got most of it lmao.

Whats worked for me is singles, doubles and triples.

Constantly maxing out, for 4-5 sets. And adjusting my form constantly for a better pull.

Chalk and a good belt are your friend. For a about 2 months, I removed deadlifts and concentrated on squats, deep ones. Did different stances, normal, wide, and narrow, then I'd switch to front squats.

Then hit the deadlifts again, and it increased it.

Hate the seat they have for military presses but wanted to do them anyways. I get a little uncomfortable when I try to DB Press 100+. Raises felt good, got all reps to parallel and didn't count some partials after.

Legs felt great. All movements were nice and smooth. Really trying to focus on mind-muscle connection on every rep. Really felt it in my quads are this workout. Hack squats were really slow on the way down then I held it for a second before exploding up.

one of the best workouts I've have in a while. Shoulders felt strong as hell. Got in the zone after the first set of military presses. It was raining out today so i kinda felt sluggish all day but snapped right out of it once I got to the gym. Had to use the smith machine for shrugs because everything else was taken and I didn't feel like waiting. 545 felt great so I just decided to keep going. 635 felt great too but I wanted to stop there. Was in the mood to do something else today so I decided to do some grip work when I was done.
