Hey wussup,

Just posted my 30 day body results, hope this gives yall motivation to keep pushing yourselves to the next level. I want to Gain SAFE(Strength Agility Flexibility Endurance), I believe those are the main components to a fitness program that you need to have. My goal right now it to achieve Optimum Fitness and pretty much be like Lateef Crowder lol. That's my fitness idol, especially since I do Capoeira now..awesome sport and culture by the way. So check out my video, I also do one my favorite ab exercise in the vid--its only for the intermediate and advanced fitness leveled heads doh. image

Good job posting a vid (prepare to be hated on) but it would be more informative if you posted nutrition/supplements/training regiment/etc.

What would you consider SAFE/Optimum Fitness? Is there certain numbers you need to reach?

@ace8705 Are you 220lb with more fat than muscle? or similar to me?..going to 180 is a big leap(not trynna knock your current long-term goal, lets try for 210lb) especially if your around my height 5'10...no homo post a picture of yourself and it can tell me what you need to do and post what you eat currently on typical day. I'm personal trainer of NASM and also a semi-pro strength and conditioning coach..still a newbie to the fitness game but i know alot and read and learn from others so i dont mind sharing what I know and when i share I grow...

@pkilla yeah 30 days.. to lose or gain weight in a healthy manner at least 1 lb a week on the average..You just have a good diet plan and create a NEVER plateauing workout plan.

@enetblazing thanks for the heads up..yeah i think i will post my regiment up..mayb on my new boxden name RealXtrav so I might tomorrow..its too late right now...but i do so many stuff in weightroom im never bored...I'm big on flexibility, bodyweight strength, agility, balance, and core strength..s**t that n*ggas leave out their routines...thats why i gotta make videos...seeing is more believing but i will go back to batcave and think about that

@sammy yeah and stay away from the ab machine...i was goin to post a video about that but didn't have time and the weather was nasty outside lol..i work and train at Club MetroUSa...straight house music, techno , and hip hop

Yeah, bruh unfortunately i would have to say my make-up is more fat than muscle. My original walk around weight a year and a half ago was 175..working as much as I do my eating habits and workout schedule went to s**t..180 is the ultimate goal. But I would have no prob cutting it down to just 195 at the least. I know its going to take a lot of work. But being that Im only working one job now I'd have a lot more time to focus on working out. Its my diet that needs help! Which consists of too much junk. 5'10 220 are my stats. Oh yeah Ill get those pics up too
