Inverted Sit-ups Using the Iron Gym?

Anyone ever try it? I understand the dangers of swinging your body (it'll cause the moment about the support to be higher than it would be compared to your body staying still) by possibly damaging the door frame and falling and also being stuck upside down.

it's possible. but you really have to cushion the handles where your feet would be at or else it'll really really hurt just hanging there.

...I can almost guarantee you that second video is fake...I have a laptop so I flipped it upside down. Dude is definitely standing on the ground and just bending over.

Go to amazon and order some gravity boots I use these just about every day. I have yet to find a better ab workout than the gravity boots and they also relieve your back by hanging upside down stretching out your spine. Check them out they were about $100 but well worth every dollar

I tried this with my iron gym after watching the videos, all I can say is --- never again. My doorway was too thin, but I tried it anyways. Long story short, I fell and busted my a.ss.

Yea that's originally how I found out about them so I asked the guy who had them if I could try it out. s**t was difficult the first few times but the more you do it the better you get at it and now I am using weights with it. You get the best range of motion with those things
