You telling me Biggie is a better artist than Eminem with only 2 albums?

Justin Timberlake better than Em?

NWA better than OutKast?

Camel over Pac?

lol @ them overrating the f**k outta Beyonce

Michael Jackson is number 1...
you would get too many opinions if they did it off album numbers and oney they did it based on influence even today and realistically in terms of hip hop we have the dumbest youths of any genre (if they follow only one genre) look at BX when you have n*ggas saying Drake is the G.O.A.T. before he dropped an album or even saying Lupe is you are gonna fail. Thats why i believe that at this moment more young ppl know Jay z based off current status and Biggie and Pac are moreor less punchlines to alot of these new ppl

Grunge was a fad that died with Cobain when he decided to off himself with a shotgun. Sorry, brah.

Your point? ...he still the most influential musician of the last 30 years
This is what Generation Yers like to tell themselves to feel better about themselves.

He's more influenial than Michael Jackson? Dude basically created the modern pop star with Thriller, and broke racial barriers in the video age.

More influential than NWA?

More influential than Biggie or Wu Tang Clan, who are responsible for pretty much the entire theme/tone of East Coast rap since they debuted?

Whatever you say, buddy.

Ya'll n*ggas are biased as s**t...Bob Dylan is the greatest song writer of our generation. His songs have made hits for countless others, not to include his hits and his influence on so many generations.
My n*gga as somebody who listens to just about everything Bob Dylan sounds f**king horrible. Im not saying his music isn't thought provoking or very influential to other artist but I can't listen to his s**t it sounds like a wino rambling. Maybe if I read the lyric sheet I could respect his writing but put the music on oh no thats a no go.

As far as everyone else you just named...Yes, that's what I'm saying. :greetings10:
Thriller came out in 82 though. That's when he went from "a good artist" to "the most famous person on the face of the earth".

And there is no way rockers now draw on Cobain more than rappers now draw on Biggie for influence.

IDK if he should be posted above for sure, I think it's too difficult. I just think folks are s**tting on him. Highway 61 Revisited is the album to listen too, Peep Don't Think Twice It's Alright, everyone covered that jawn, a Billy Paul cover was sampled for the Blu/Fashawn Track Samsonite Man. Another great is Jimi Hendrix - All Along the Watchtower, that was a Dylan song. I love MJ and I love the Beatles, I think it's too difficult imo.

that's your opinion but when it comes down to it Off the Wall, Thriller, and Bad are the only albums of his worthy of being called classics.
Im a.ssuming you were quoting me,Of course it just my opinion, just like what you just stated is just your's,but that's the funny thing about this whole list its all opinion, there is really no way to determine who's the best or who should be ranked where, or even ranked at all.

Really if you want to talk about songwriters who f**king with Stevie Wonder or more influential. There isn't a r&B artist not influenced by him or has not swagger jacked him in some way even Mike has a song wrote by Stevie in his catalog.
