MATW is the greatest hip hop album ever IMO. ready to die was great but song for song just not as good. pac had everytype of song on that album and the lyrics were awesome, even though he didnt have the typical east coast delivery, which is overrated sometimes. i just love the mood of the cd and the emotion, something modern rappers (minus DMX) lack in their work

RTD, easy!

"Me Against The World" is a classic and all, but it's not Pac's best album.

Ready to Die had the stronger lyricism..Me Against the World had the emotion..it's all about which one you thought was stronger..personally I'll take Ready to Die for the storytelling and the slight nod production wise.

MATW is my favorite album of all time. I skip one song on it.

RTD is classic, but it's not even close. I have to say the Warning and The What are two of my favorite songs ever though.

Personally I prefer Me Against The World over Ready To Die... and it's not very close at all. I prefer everything about MATW... The production, the lyrics, content.... It was Tupac's most personal and introspective album while Ready To Die was just a mafioso type album with some catchy club bangers and some nice lyricism... Something about listening to you talking about how you k!ll people and sell drugs for more than half your album isn't very... appealing. It doesn't matter how nice he makes the words sound with clever rhymes if at the core it is nothing but bulls**t. Biggie is like Jay-Z in many ways... or is it the other way around? :D
mafioso type album with catchy club bangers? WTF are you talking about? Did you even listen to RTD? What songs are mafioso type? What are the catchy club bangers?
