Would everyone in this thread kindly move their stats to the "unofficially official" thread that is at instead?
And remember to include height and bodyweight as well.

Update on this post..

I don't know but my lifts are weak as f**k..

I deadlift maybe 225 on a good day for reps.. I don't bench at all (bone spurs in my wrist), so I prefer to do dumbbell presses.

I stopped doing squats cause it made my a.ss look big (extra pause) and my legs were already huge from when I used to sprint in high school.

Still getting good results though .. Never really been into the powerlifts for some reason.
I deadlifted 380 for 5 reps today.. First time I've gone that high without wanting to throw up. Pretty proud of that lol

I tried to bench a few days ago but even doing 2 plates results in intense pain, been putting off surgery :(

I'm still not squatting as regularly as I would like to, but I've been in the ~350lb area for reps..

My one problem is I'm losing weight at a fast pace.. I'm down to under 170lbs for the first time since I was probably 16 or 17. I've been in the 185-190lb range for the better part of 10 years.

I'm not measuring 1 RM, but I would a.ssume I'm working my way up there..

Getting tired of my routine, so thinking about switching my workouts to purely powerlifts.

Keep at it. When I first started working out, I was only able to bench 95.
