yeah ill record myself..cuz i take a camera to the gym when i workout?..youll get clowned bringin a camera to the gym haha..im samoan n i weigh bout 320..im not a scrawny dude..so these numbers aint unbelievable..if you still want a vid..ill post one up in about 3 weeks..we not in the power phase of workouts..circuit training for 3 more weeks den we back to power..n ill take a camera just for the non believers

If you are lifting serious weight then nobody is going to clown you for taping it.

I don't lift too heavy and i tape myself from time to time so I can check my form.

Weight has nothing to do with how much you can lift.

That sounds like some serious over-training.. I mean I wont front tho I over-trained pretty hard before (not like that) but still. And is that 95 and 65 lbs?

I don't even know what my numbers are. Nowadays, most of my exercises is done with resistance bands and my body weight. I get the same amount of resistance from those that I get from heavy weights.

Only exercise I use weights for is my chest. I bench somewhere around 180, and use two 60 lb. dumbbells for DB Presses and flys.

Aren't Samoans naturally strong and stout? Guys like Mark Hunt and Siala-Mou "Mighty Mo" Siligia are perfect examples. Not to mention Samoans make great rugby players.
