I wish I could squat more, I'm working on it, but being 6'4, and something always f**ks up with my knees, it restricts me. Went heavy on last week, and my kneecaps been sore as f**k, thought i really tore something lol.

Are you brining on your knees in even though you have your toes flared out? People do this without even noticing till they get patella tendonitis.

Yeah, thats what I think I did. Its a sucky feeling man, I did over do it on squats, doing 1-2 rep sets of 90% maxes.

It was dumb of me, I should've of wrapped them too.

never really tried to get my bench up beyong 315, I've gotten my reps of 225 up to around 18-19 reps... guess i should work on my max

edit: currently sitting at 6'2 @ 207 because of the summer cut... abs are poppin not sure how my max lifts are doing though

If done properly deadlift is a perfectly safe exercise. Any exercise done with improper form will lead to injury.

Like everybody else, I'm cutting now..I don't really notice any strength drop offs but my endurance is s**ttier...probably has to do with the reduced carb intake tho. I'm about 5'8" 5'9" weigh 197 lbs
