^^^yeah for weight loss do Insanity

to fine tune your speed, agility, coordination, strength etc do Asylum

for some weight loss but in a shorter program per day do T25

i did all of them and YES insanity is the best if you are strictly trying to lose weight. If you do and complete the insanity program you should have lost weight as well as gained a high level of cardiovascular endurance. Well thats what happened with me.

first off i am over 225lbs , so its easier for me to lose weight than if you weigh less than me,lol.
my diet consists of chicken, wheat bread, turkey, brown rice, bananas, peanut butter, carrots,spinach, tomatoes, almond milk, protein shakes, pistachios, flax seed, oatmeal, oj, and lots of tea w/ brown sugar. meals/ snacks spread over 4-6 meals. never topping 2000 cals/day

Just started Insanity again. I did like T25 but lately I've been wanting to do a workout that will kick my a.ss, and for me that's Insanity.

started insanity again almost done week 2 , fu*kign slacked the first time around i was keeping up with it but then i stopped doing it..so i just started over again and my goal is to complete it.. I feel my edurance coming back after the first few days of doing it

Wow just finish Week 3 of Alpha and I haven't lost much weight.
But I do notice a difference in my body.

Week 2 of alpha no weight loss. Finished insanity 3 week ago, but didn't lose much. I need to change my eating habits lol.

Month 2 is tough, but you will be on board after your 2nd/3rd time doing those workouts. The bi*ch about month 2 is the duration. Them damn workouts are 50-60 minutes.

Oh yeah, I know this is my 3rd time doing it. But you're right, the worst part about them is the time, I love the first month cause they're all 30-40 minutes.


I ended up doing the P90X Plyo workout last night, I liked it a lot.

Been on the T25, first month lost like 6lbs and kept it off. I don't weigh much as it is . I started it more for the cardio and 25 min time. I get done sometimes and just straight sweating. I started Beta this week and it stepped up the game. Feel a lot better then I did before I started T25 at all. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to try, as long as you stay with it you will see some kind of results.

Been doing T25 myself. cut my calorie intake to 2400 a day. Lost 13 lbs in 5 weeks. sh*t's pretty good and not as brutal/long as insanity is so it's easier to fit in. By the time I finished insanity I had no knees left.

My endurance went through the roof doing insanity. Back then, I didn't even stick with the diet at all and lost damn near 15 pounds. Two year later I had pretty much gained it back, so I jumped on T25 and lost it all again. Trying to keep it off this time.

Insanity is dope. Asylum is fu*king ridiculous - I couldn't hang with them the entire time at all.

I'll try T25 eventually but until then it's jumping rope and sprints for cardio

I am in week 4 of Alpha, and I am currently struggling to keep up with the planks/push ups (have to follow the modifier). Would it be a good idea to go to Beta after week 5, or should I do another go around on Alpha?

i also do the elliptical 5-6 days a week and changed my diet up serious. im almost done with beta and i lost 50 total. my goal was to lose at least 80 all together . im gonna keep this weight off and do all of these different videos. i shouldn't even got that big but eating fast food for lunch everyday for 9 months with zero exercise will do that to you. i haven't been this fit in like 5 years.

im trying to figure out if im gonna do insanity or p90x3 after this
