Did day 37 max plyo yesterday. I can't lie, I had to skip a workout or two after that sh*t was over I was like I feel like month one was just one big prank, month two is on a different level. fu*k it, bout to be back at it and hit this max cardio in an hour.

^^yeah its pretty challenging.

But trust me, when you complete the entire program bro you will be on a next level fitness level. Trust me, i finished the program last summer and i still have that next level fitness. Like it never left me, at any moment i can go out n do some sort of physically intense activity that most cant do.

Keep in mind that i didnt make any mention of being super strong though, because well insanity is not about being super strong, its more about being physically fit

Wassup BX. I did insanity a couple years ago. I did the first 30 days and weight lifted 6x a week at the time. i had gone from 242 to 150lbs in about 6 months ( my last month i did insanity). I plan ole quit doing it when the vids became an hour long in month 2, and jumped str8 into p90x and a bulkin phase, with insanity replacing my cardio days. Since then i been wifed up for 3 years and have a desk job, so i gained about 50 pounds this year alone, and i am up to 234. I started insanity again with 2 of my closest friends (thank god i didn't delete the files) monday and I am sore as a bish. I used to do pure cardio straight, and I can't imagine how I will survive it tomorrow, lol. I read every comment in this thread, and it has been motivating me since monday when we started. My friend is taking daily post workout ig pics too so It motivates us as well. I'll keep ya posted

Bout to start week 3 of month 2. I missed a day here and there due to the holidays. I'm still scared to do the fit test and then max interval circuit. I just did the fit test + that recovery week workout yesterday instead. Took tonight off because I had to run my son up the highway after work, but I'm back to chasing it tomorrow.

im back from my trip, and i am still on it! I have been struggling tho, and almost hurled today, but I kept my composure and did my thing. I was thinking of doubling up til I "caught up" but that is proving harder than i envisioned.

Which workout did you do? I'm starting my final week tomorrow...Downloaded that T25 and P90x3 last week. I tried both and they don't come close to insanity...
