^^^when i first did insanity, i did only insanity and nothing else. I focused 100% on it and put alllll of my energy into it. Each dvd i did basically at full speed, going all out. When i finished each dvd i had no energy left to do anything else.

I know some ppl on here did weights after but me i was too burnt out for that. It all depends on the person and their goals

What will happen is you will lose weight for sure (fat and muscle). You wont get big and muscular looking.


How tall are you and what is your current weight? Also what is your target weight??

5'8/5'9 give or take and weight 160. I wanna get lean and have more definition. Get down to maybe 145 would be nice. I already eat good as well. Chicken, fish, eggs, veggies etc

yeah thats what im going to do im going to try working out with my regular routine at lest 3-4 times a week while doing insanity when starting the first 2 weeks and see how i feel

just completed day 2 sh*t felt good i was keeping out through majority of the workout had to shake it off and take a light break while doing those 4 push and moutain climbers/ in n out on like the 2nd last rep

Just got done with day 2.

Yo I couldn't even keep up for sh*t. That plyometric circuit was fu*king rough. I tried pretty hard to keep up I was just so gased off and on.

yo my muscles are fu*king tight man especially during warms up muthafu*kas stretching back so far my legs be fu*king burning especially my quads and hamstrings man.. i did cardio recovery today and my sh*t quads were burning... im not flexible at all i really need to stretch more and also work on my balance lol.. I'm sure insanity helps you a lot on your balance

download that its a grocery list of food under each macro nutrients.. nice complex carbs and lean protein..healthy fats... your fruits and veggies... so you get a good understanding of what healthy whole foods to include in your diet. Some people count their count their calories and track their macros... I don't do that..I go by portion size and sh*t and I've been losing weight since april.. almost lost 50 lbs so far...
