also imo the power jumps are a brutal exercise yo, its very hard on the joints regardless imo. NOW in some of the vids when its time to do power jumps i might jus jog in place or do jump rope in place instead of the power jumps

Just started this ishhh..on day 2..holy fu*k..i couldnt do the very very last set...6'0 170lbs...doing it to get some definition/tone up for the summer time + get my cardio up

as far as meals/food/drink intake...i eliminated the soda, tons of water, eliminated alot of the bad sh*t i usually eat (whole pizza's, fast food)

we'll see how it goes

Yeah same here, the first time I did Insanity I did the rest DVD the first day and then jumped right into month 2, this time I didn't even bother at all started month 2 on Saturday, did the fit test and day 1

Yeah, I noticed there are a few girls who k!ll these workouts, Tonya kinda annoys me but she keeps me motivated too during the fit test I keep her number in my head and try to beat it

^ I've been asking myself the same thing. I'm on week 2 of the second month. I like that the work outs are harder, but they just don't seem to flow as well as the 1st months.

I love working outside in summer though so I'll probably run some days and do Insanity a few times a week
