does anybody skip days here? not for lazy reasons, but because I'm working muscles that haven't been worked in YEARS. All my lower body has been burning after the fitness test. Then I did day 1 the next day and it was even more sore so I skipped yesterday. I'm honestly still a slittle sore but I feel like I'm not getting the best results skipping days. the calendar only suggests one rest day a week, which I'm sure is attainable LATER in the program, once I actually get back in shape.

but i want to do it everyday so it becomes a routine so I don't end up giving up. but for now, I need a few skip days to let these muscles I never work rest.

anybody else experiencing this?

No...even my off day I do something jog or go to the gym...i skipped ays my firts got round and took me forever to cmplete the program.....this time im going hard no homo...sa far 16days in no days off...its easier this go around to stay motivated beacuse im not taking days off

The days that the schedule has as rest I want to do barbell exercises. It'll be once a week chest, biceps, and triceps exercises. Do you guys think that I should still be good?

Damn I miss being in this thread daily Feel like every time I come in and mention I'm restarting something happens. Finally got a foot issue taken care of and can get back to it. fu*ked up thing is I lost 23 pounds doing this and have since gained back 15 because I've been on the shelf.

Gonna get back on this hopefully Friday while it snows outside, I'll shed those 15 pounds and then relayer with the muscle i was missing in my arms from this program
