Anyways though man, I fell off horribly. Made it to day 8 with no break. Got wasted last friday and haven't done the sh*t since

I've been working 12hr shifts for like 3 days out of the week, and to make it worse I just got the second job I've been waiting for to come through. My schedule is bout to be jam-packed and sh*t. Thinkin bout sayin fu*k it. What ya'll think?

As an alternative I'm thinking bout just continuing to eat healthy as sh*t and join a gym and hit the weights and hoop when I can

just get back to it man, try to fit it in somehow if you can, if not, you can just do it every other day or something like that. Why would you be able to join a new gym instead of sticking with insanity? I mean Insanity..at least for me was...

Im just sayin. that sh*t be havin a n*gga gassed like a mufu*ka. I didn't look at it like that though. Guess u got a point my dude. Schedule is like this though:

Sun-Tue work 530p - 530a
Wed work 530p - 1130p
Thur-Sat work 2p - 10p
Sun work 7a - 3p

I know the body needs rest but a n*gga is in grind mode right now and stacking up some extra paper is mad important, but i know my overall fitness level is too, and is certainly lacking. I could do the the sh*t, but what im worried about is being too worn out pulling all those hours while doin' insanty.

i mean you have good times you can do it at man. And the thing with working (even tho i dont got a job myself yet) is that eventually you'll probably start slacking on the food part too. You'll be too tired to make food and etc , and you'll eventually just feel fine picking up a McChicken from McDonalds or something.

1) You've done it just 8 days, keep it going and there will be a point where youll still be tired after you do it, but you will not feel it as long cuz you'll kinda get used to it. 2) Are you drinking some kind of recovery drink afterwards? (i dont mean that shakeology sh*t either)? I'd reward myself with some almond milk mixed with chocolate mix or a Yoohoo () and i'd feel good right after, sore but not as worn out.

LMAO that's the fu*ked up part. A n*gga went and bought whey protein powder mix, fish oil pills, multi-vitamins. n*gga basically everything except for HGH

Got it that day before I started drinking. Haven't taken anything yet. Imma try it for a week and see how it goes. I'll keep you n*ggas posted.
