^^when i started insanity one of the main things i just outright STOPPED consuming was alcohol. imo cutting the alco out has made a big difference

Lets say if you were to jump straight up and land with a straight body,legs and all. This causes your knees and your legs to pretty much absorb all of the shock/pressure. When you jump , try landing as if you're going to perform a mini squat as you land, this ensures that less of the pressure will go to the knees

That's how i can explain it

^^yup dont focus too much on the reps. Its way better to have perfect form even if u do less reps. Also if you go at your own pace while maintaining proper form will still give u a serious work out

i did the first video of the hybrid schedule a few days ago (chest,back,abs). with the high intensity of insanity, p90x is concentrated on slower movements. a lot of push ups and weight resistance. i bust a sweat, but wasn't nearly as burnt out at the end of the series of exercises.

my homeboy knows this guy that did the program over a certain amount of time and it actually worked out pretty well for him.

Wrapped up wk 2....not seeing much wight loss yet doing this while I do weight watchers.....but I feel the difference in my arms and chest.....my wife has noticed the difference....but I'm sore as hell in the morning my feet be k!lling me

Other people will notice your progress before you, it happened to me. I was skeptical that i was losing weight but they saw it

Yeah man last night was my first drink in over a month, was celebrating with a friend that got a promotion. They had hot wings and nachos and cake and ice cream(),
I was good tho didn't eat none of it. I eat pretty much the same thing every day oatmeal and egg whites in the morning, and baked or grilled chicken at night with a salad and brown rice.
And if it isn't chicken it's a fish like whiting or salmon. my diet is strict so i feel the alcohol didn't fu*k me up.

But hey later on today that theory will be tested

Perhaps. I guess it all depends on the shape you were in to begin with. I was in fairly good shape already, so I did notice my wind up after a couple weeks. However, I didnt see fat actually gone from my physique until after the second month...
