I can't w/o on an empty stomach either. Zero energy... I don't know how some epople can do it either, how long do you usually eat before working out, cuz I can't do it on a full stomach either.

^^i eat about 2-3 hours before


that works for me. That way my stomach isnt empty and im not feeling FULL either. Also by the time i finish the insanity its time to eat again, so that works out great.

^^try doing your own stretches before you even put in the dvd.

for eg. before i even put in the dvd i stretch from head to toe. It takes time yes but its well worth it imo. So i do my stretches and then i put in the dvd. In the dvd they have the "warmup and stretches" but that too can seem like a workout imo. So i suggest trying stretching yourself before you even begin to loosen up even more to help prevent the pain/soreness.

If you having problems keeping up dont worry just go slow but do the moves wit perfect form and you will be just as fine. Remember to breathe too, it sounds dumb but you would be surprised at how often u might find yourself holding your breathe.....which leads to you getting mad burnt out

Like Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs or Fit Test and Max Interval Circuit...
^^^on the days that u have to do 2 dvds u can either:
a) do them back to back
b) space them out (eg do one in the morning, one in the afternoon)
c) do the 2nd dvd on the Sunday (the rest day), thats what i do, bc i tried doing them back to back and my legs were too burnt to even properly do the cardio abs dvd. So yeah i have the sunday as my day designated to do the dvds i missed on the days i was supposed to do 2 dvds.

all in all do whatever works for u to be honest, u will know your body best.

^^favourite: Max Sports Interval Training

least favourite: cardio abs, cardio core balance.....those dvds imo too easy, i dont feel nothing

These are just average people who stuck to the plan.
Modified their diets and finished the program..

I found a couple people having the same problems as me
Who weighed about as much as me and look good after finishing
Kinda gave me the motivation to k!ll these workouts.
Power through my workouts and maintain good eating habits.

Like Gunta said you have three options, me personally I knew if I stopped and took a break I'd never get back to it later and I always looked forward to that rest day, especially in Month 2. I used to do them back to back and then just kinda lay in my living room for a minute or two when I was done. The cardio ab workout though isn't too bad when you want to add that as second. From my experience I liked knocking them both out at once.

Best thing to do when you first start them is leave your water open and grab a quick sip when you have a second (or when you're about to start power jumps ) After a few go arounds you get used to everything and then you can go through a lot of the workout without the water break. If possible when you grab water just try to make it a quick rehydration and don't stop moving for too long. Do that and you can justify its not really a break. That pure cardio really is no joke though
