Shaun's meal plan also says to cut out all dairy....so lay off that cheese koop

Mann i have the dvds burned and ready to go... i want to do this in the morning, should i have a small breakfast first then do it, or do it then eat?

^^^^i highly suggest you eat before you do this. It too intense of a workout to do on an empty stomach. If you have not eaten you will get burnt out fast and not be able to finish the dvd, sheeeitt u might even throw up if you on an empty stomach, same as if you do it on a FULL stomach

If you doing it in the morning, i suggest waking up a bit earlier.......
eat your breakfast.......
give yourself ample time for it to digest...........
and then hit the insanity


for me personally i eat and then do insanity about 2 hours after. Stomach not full but not empty typa thing

i'd say it really depends actually, im on IF and sometimes when i do insanity im still in a fasted state and i actually have the energy (if not more) to go thru it.

imo when u finish the first 30 days you will be more than well prepared for month 2. Im currently in my month 2 (day 45 to be exact) and well when i was in month 1 i was seeing a lot of posts about how hard month 2 will be and to be honest imo its not that hard. Its just longer (45 mins - 1 hour long)

ALSO, if u do month 1 twice in the end that will make insanity 90 days long. That would be too much stress on your body and your joints imo.

^^nah, i dont think ima post pics, that just aint me. Im getting some really good weight lost results tho. I wasnt super fat or anything, just had a huge beer belly. Its almost gone tho. From insanity alone i lost 18 lbs thus far.

So yeah if you do the dvds and clean up your eating habits you will see results

on my last week, but have been dragging it out because of a busy schedule. I would have to say the Max Cardio/Insane Abs and Max Sports Interval have been my favorite videos of the 2nd month.

i don't have the body that some of those folks in the commercial do (which some do 2 Rounds of Insanity), but i definitely see a difference from July, when I started, to now.

I'll post before and after's later this week.

Well you all know I slacked toward the end due to dealing with a few things but I lost 22 pounds. Started at 178 and ended at 156, my normal weight before all the bullsh*t started. I'm back to being tone again and I think now I'm just gonna mix some weight lifting with the Insanity ab workouts and the cardio stuff on the max setting.
