Just finished day 11, did the cardio recovery.

its weird bc a lot of the cardio recovery dvd is just stretches but i be drenched in sweat from just simply doing the stretches tho, smh

Belly fat will be the last to go. That's the most difficult to lose. I'm a start doing IF along with this to see if that helps. I can see my six pack coming back, however I still have belly fat.

i will be starting my 4th week monday. I feel great. As far as diet is concerned, I try to eat every two hours. I only have carbs for breakfast or lunch, I try to drink plenty of water throughout the day. I still enjoy some sweets but small portions and not often.

I lost about 50lbs last year doing insanity and looked so flanky because i lost muscle too. This time i am including weights 3 times a week to try to maintain my muscle.

Good Luck bro and stick to it!

id get the weight bands. The jump rope really isnt nessecary either lol. I used it and it was just a bi*ch. so i used my imagination. I kept hitting that sh*t when jumping. I did asylum and quit like in the middle...i forgot why. lol Its a good program tho
