I guess you're talking to me??

He wasn't as dominant as he was on the Lakers, but when he got there (MIA) was he not dominant?

f**k it, I won't discredit LeBron if Amare joins him. That'd be hypocritical of me. Player shouldn't have to play with scrubs to get shine. ppl do it with Kobe right now cuz of Shaq and our current squad. I hate it.

No n*gga it's called pie symmetry. If Jordan had a dominant big man, Jordan wouldn't average 35 ppg. his numbers would drop since da dominant big man would be 25+ppg. Jordan was good enough to make up for what he missed.
Where the f**k did i say anything about points??? I said how many dynasties do you know of without a dominant big man

n*gga you brought up a whole nother argument that your still wrong about...

Kobe with Shaq averaged 22 shots a game which was the same as Jordan when he got older... Jordan shot 48% those years so he still averaged around 30 points... playing alongside a big man would have only increased his FG% since he would get easier shots so he would have averaged even more points per game...

Now once again name another dynasty without a big man...

n*ggas always gonna find a way to hate on KB, that's why Laker fans want Amare to go there cuz there won't be anymore crying from Cavs fans about the big man or lack thereof

Shaq was not dominant he was a role player on that team not a superstar like on the Lakers and Magic... But he still was the only reason that team had a chance to contend...

You could have replaced Wade with any good perimeter scorer alongside Shaq and still been a favorite contender...

Shaq has shown that with Penny, Kobe, Wade and now Lebron... He is just that much of a force... He demands attention and gameplanning... With shaq on the team you cant focus on the perimeter player

was it a better 2nd option than bron had when he got swept against the spurs

yes but lets not get carried away
Ok, he wasn't "dominant" but still VERY EFFECTIVE. I'm not discrediting Wade at all btw.

Did you have to gameplan for Shaq??? Yes

Could you play shaq one on one? No

Could you double team Wade? No

Shaq was dominant in the sense that you had to game plan for him like you would any other superstar... You couldnt just let them throw the ball into him and go one on one... he didnt average many points because he couldnt score out of double teams like he use to plus since he is older his stamina is worst so he didnt play as many minutes...

but he will always demand attention... Even now you still cant allow him to go one on one...

Yes it was the Wack a.ss East, and who was a better center in the East than Shaq? That's domination... OK OK OK, it's pretty much as close as you can get to domination, without calling it domination.

Because, as great as LeBron is, he's not blowing Wade out of the water when it comes to statistics, he's not k!lling him when it comes to individual accolades, and hes lacking in two areas; That's leading his team to a championship (rigged or not rigged) and being named Finals MVP. Excuses about teammates aside, LeBron can't say that. If you were to ask him today, what he wants to do most, he'll say, win a championship. He is chasing what Wade already has.

A championship is not the sole determining factor though. Like I mentioned, stats and individual accolades play a huge part also but the gap isn't big enough in either category for people to give the nod to Bron just based off that and the championships. I don't get the argument.
