Monster Milk vs Monster Mass (which one?)
Okay, I'm 5'9 - and weigh about 165 (not too big, but then again not too small). I'm looking to build muscle, and definitely add on some weight (eventually probably another 10 pounds). Out of the two - which would be better for me? I've had Monster Milk before - but never Monster Mass - I asked and told the lady at GNC my plans (as far as wanting to gain more weigh - whilst packing muscle) -- but she definitely had no idea about the products ; gave me the most generic answer EVER.
... anyway, what do y'all think?
I hit the gym regularly and have a pretty good diet (or at least I'd like to think so).
