I haven't gotten a chance to see Asomugha enough to really speak on the dude, prolly been able to see 2-3 Oakland games in the last 2 years, but do is a beast no doubt. QB's usually don't even bother looking his way. He's the perfect example of 'shutdown corner' but he also has the ability to turn a pick to a pick-6 if u do try him. I'm sure the stats wh0ores would look at dude and see 40 tackles, 1 sack, 1 INT (last year) and act like dude aint that great but that's because he's such a great corner. They don't throw at him nomore, when they did he ended up with 8 picks (in '06).

Nnamdi Asomugha. My second pick would be Antonio Cromartie. He took a stepback last season due to injury, but he is the most physically gifted CB in the league when healthy. He's 100% this year, so i'd expect to see a few highlights added to the reel.

how do you know how many times a guy is thrown at if he was playing zone coverage???

I say Woodson is going to have the best year stat wise out of everyone, including a huge increase in Sacks due to the new 3-4
Raiders play man coverage...why do you think Hall couldn't hang?

Hell no he gets exposed Corey Webster is statistically the best CB in the game and he's better than Aaron Ross and always will be.

I remember reading that they tried to put Asomugha at safety to try to bait QBs to throw to his side. They gotta run tricks to try to get him INTs lol.

You can't rely on stats all the time especially at DB and I don't think corey is that much better than Ross, and Ross will get alot better IMO
