Well. My Dad cannot get heath insurance due to previous conditions. He went into the hospital for a back surgery and the hospital gave him a staph infections. It's spread through his body. There isn't one insurance company that will take him on now.
Did you/your dad sue the hospital?

So, you ask me if I give a s**t if some rich person doesn't like this plan? No. I could give a f**k about you/them. At the end of the day, this bill will pass and when it does I will be beyond joyed.

:)
If your father had to wait 6-12 months for care due to a massive backlog of other patients allowed care beforehand, I imagine that would cause additional problems.

Everything that glitters isn't gold.

The same bipartisan Government promising to fix the healthcare problem are the same ones who created this mess in the first place.

Much of the "profit" that companies used to buy out competing insurance companies did so with YOUR tax dollars.

Not to mention companies that are contracted on public-private partnerships to participate in this program will be able to dump their debts off onto the taxpayer.

Would you like to work long hours at your job to pay off CORPORATE debt?

People should know by now not to trust the Government, but I suppose not.

With less regulation, the price of that pill could go down. For example, if they got rid of patents, anyone could make any drug once they are discovered. This would create more competition, and thus, lower prices. Other than that, the government can't fix prices at a lower value than what they are worth.

^That was really a response to your first paragraph, didn't really read the rest, but saw you said healthcare is mostly private in this county. Well it's not. 65% of all health costs are currently paid for by the government.
whoa you just basically said it would be easier and better to reconstruct our whole patent system rather than just simply telling these d*ckheads they cant charge 30 bucks to a pill to a dying woman with hiv.... do you realize how long that would take in court? that would never happen its f**kin illogical... there criminals who k!ll people and dont go to court for years, wut the fuk do u think would happen with millions of patent owners appealing the governments decision to invalidate their patents... that would probably bankrupt the entire healthcare system anyway... god damn thank jesus mary and joseph they didnt let you in the think tank for this one...

and when i say private is way bigger im including everything a hospital needs to run from pharmacutical companies to equipment, even public hospitals are subject to the prices of privately owned companies in the healthcare field...

First of all, why do you expect things in life to be "given" to you?

"GIVE ME HEALTHCARE!" Like you're just sitting on your throne demanding things to magically come into your life without working for them. lol, you're sitting there on your fat a.ss like "Give me healthcare! Give me money! Give me hot b**ches! Give me 50 pounds of weed! NOW!!"

Secondly, don't you know what Medicaid and Medicare are? Go f**kin signup dummy...

What the f**k are you even saying? Is this Glenn Beck? God damn n*gga you have to be kidding me... universal healthcare means you might have to pay a little more in taxes or a little less depending on the package you sign up for but from then on ALL OF YOUR MEDICAL EXPENSES ARE PAID FOR... meaning whether you go to the doctor for a flu shot or chemotherapy... it will actually SAVE you thousands of dollars.... paying a small amount of taxes in order to have the peace of mind knowing that you will always be taken care of... the days of mortgaging a house to pay for a loved ones medical bills will be gone forever...

Steal from the rich and give to the poor. That s**t will never work.

Plus if you knew anything about the Federal Reserve and Internal Revenue Service you'd know that most of the tax money goes straight into the pockets of the shareholders of the Federal Reserve so taxing the rich won't do s**t anyways other than make the world's super-elite even wealthier...

Do you think that you can produce a semi-reliable link supporting your claims?

Probably not.

You want 1 link to explain how the Federal Reserve is privately controlled by old-school Zionist European families and international bankers? lol, good luck with that.

If you really want to learn how things work then you need to actually put forth some effort. Try reading some books. A good place to start would be 'The Creature From Jekyll Island' by G. Edward Griffin.

All I want is one source, or even a dollar amount proving that most of our tax dollars go to the Federal Reserve. I don't care about wealthy shareholders, or even Zionists. I mean, the government regularly publishes documents and budgets telling us where a lot our tax dollars go. So proving most of it goes to the Federal Reserve shouldn't be too difficult.

My only problem with the current health care system is that lack of it. The fact that every country outside of the U.S. has health care pisses me the f**k off. I know nobody likes Michael Moore, but just watch his movie Sicko and if that doesn't p!ss you off then there's no hope for you.

I work for a place where we load wine barrels. I'm in pretty good shape. I don't get sick too often, so I don't bother getting health insurance. Well, the gloves I was wearing (have to wear these weird wool ones.. all others rip up too easy) was giving me a rash around my wrists. I decided to go to the free "low-cost" clinic and see what was wrong. Turns out I had a minor rash and the lady gave me a prescription for some medicine that would clear it up.

The prescription cost $50 for a tiny tube of gel that went on the rash. The "low-cost" clinic came to over $200. I paid $250 for a fifteen minute visit to the doctor. That s**t is beyond ridiculous. I'd like the peace of mind to go to the doctor I want without having to pay a monthly insurance policy. I don't mind taking it out of my taxes.

EXACTLY.... the s**t they wouldve taken out of your taxes is not even close to $250 so you could see a doctor for THAT s**t AND break your back and s**t n still come out paying less in one year than that bulls**t system they goin right now... let one of you n*ggas get an infection or suttin and go to the emergency room in the middle of the night... next thing u know u got a 300 dollar bill in your mail for what??!... waiting 3 hours in an empty waiting room and seeing the doctor for only 15 minutes?!?.... please...

yah thats the problem with health coverage now every year the rates go higher and higher. it's starting to become to expensive. you shouldn't have to pay higher premiums for better care thats like saying he dies he lives cause he has money and he doesnt. the whole message life is valued the same is important. also important to understand your healthcare provider and employer keep raising your rates to provide heatlhcare coverage but sooner or later they won't be able to keep giving you coverage for that price and then you f**ked. besides that gov't already supplies healthcare to old folk through medicare and it seems to work fine and a lot of folk like it.

Sounds like a television talking point.......word for word.

Like I said, everything that glitters ain't gold.

Stop believing everything the Government tells you and do some research to see if what you are being told is actually true.

You can start by reading the actual legislation, H.R. 3200.

No tax increases on the middle class, huh?

I told you not to believe everything you're told:

2 Obama officials: No guarantee taxes won't go up

WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama's treasury secretary said Sunday he cannot rule out higher taxes to help tame an exploding budget deficit, and his chief economic adviser would not dismiss raising them on middle-class Americans as part of a health care overhaul.

Why don't we start with that "deficit reduction" before raising taxes? Just a thought.
Timothy Geithner is every bit the snake that Henry Paulson was.....but try telling Obama's fanbase that.

People get more gullible by the year, I swear.

here you go.

And it's not like dollar bills go directly into Tim Geithner's hands. But the federal reserve is the major means of control the gov't has over the people. Control the flow of currency and/or credit, and you control everything. Now we have healthcare as the 2nd major means to control the people. Socialist bulls**t. peep the sig.
