Brandon Lloyd was signed just for a extra body at WR in training camp if Marshall ends up not attending training camp that is basically the only reason, there is no guarantee Lloyd even makes the team.

Kyle Orton's #1 WR in chicago was a converted defensive back, his o-line was made of swiss cheese, and not until last year did he really have a really good RB and speaking of lack of recievers I believe Forte lead the team in receptions.

you know you don't have receivers when a RB leads the team in receptions......

and Bears fans need to understand Cutler is not their saivor hes probably going to have a very s**tty year with the lack of offense there.

it all depends

with Marshall 10-6

without Marshall 8-8

people think that all of a sudden the Broncos will be the Detroit Lions, which I don't quite understand that thinking. HERES WHY

Lets see if they were 8-5 after week 14 last year with no RBs healthy, a hurt Marshall playing at about 60% along with Dre Bly with a bum shoulder sucking a.ss, DJ Williams out for the season, Champ out for the season, the s**ttiest safety tandem in the league, basically the s**ttiest defense talent wise a bunch of f**ken nobodies besides Wesley Woodyard and Kenny Peterson.

The offense was great because the O-line was great Cutler had all day to throw it but a lot of times he made Broncos fans scratch their head and question his football IQ with questionable throws in the red-zone and most his INTs were to LBs. The Broncos offense was great in terms of getting yardage but in the red zone thats another story but we were also TOP 5 IN TURNOVERS COMMITTED BY THE QB BEHIND ONLY FAVRE AND ROMO as a matter of fact 20 of the Bronco's 30 turnovers were by by Jay. They tied for the worst turnover difference in the league with -17, so not only were they bad on offense with turnovers they never got the ball back on defense.

McDaniels will run a more efficient offense this year, less turnovers, more running the football controlling the clock keeping the defense fresh. Also running a more aggressive 3-4 style base defense that will be an attacking swarming defense with ball hawks in the defensive back field. Defensive talent wise this is the best the Broncos have been since 05 with Al Wilson.

Long story short the Broncos will be a better football team than they were last year and also better for the long run.
lol did i say we had recievers? and im not expecting Cutler to put up 40 tds and like 5 thousand yards. but i think with him we will be a lot better. and you know you don't have qbs when your starter is kyle orton lol. and iglesias can be good, just like last yr who the f**k where your wr? all it takes for someone to bust out that wasnt expected for example eddie royal. you denver fans must be pissed i know i would be.

oh and for the record Cutler Marshall reunion.

more like surprise of the season, nobody expects the Broncos to finish any better than 5-11

people will be shocked when we have a pretty good season but Broncos fans won't be. The overhaul this football team has received is long overdue.

marshall just wants that cake instead of showing the broncos that hes dedicated and healthy and getting that contract anyways. Heads act like the Broncos wouldnt spend money to keep him when his contract is up. Its just the timing of when he is asking for that new contract. You are coming off an injury that is still not healed and you had all this off the field problems.

Thats like going to your boss at work after you were investigated for hittin on a female coworker and there was a big investigation about it but yet it was proven that she lied. Then you are sick for like 2 months from work. So you walk into your bosses office the first day back and you say let me get a raise. Its just not the right time to do so no matter how good your work has been.

this s**t got nothing to do with Mcdaniels. Marshall thinks he deserves a bigger contract even though hes coming off an injury and hes had all those off-field issues. Hes just being a cry baby just like Cutlers dumbass

Marshall Doesn’t Have Much Leverage
Posted by Mike Florio on June 15, 2009, 11:02 p.m. EDT

As rumors fly that Broncos receiver Brandon Marshall will continue to push for a trade, there are a couple of key points that he needs to keep in mind.

First, he’s not a quarterback. Though Jay Cutler was able to talk (or, more accurately, not talk) his way out of town, the Broncos might be more willing to tolerate a wideout who doesn’t want to be there.

Second, Marshall has no leverage.

None.

He’s signed through 2009. And while the financial penalties arising from his decision to bail on a mandatory minicamp are manageable, the consequences of a training-camp holdout would be more dire — starting at more than $90,000 for the first day and increasing at roughly $17,000 per day thereafter.

And then there’s the requirement that a player under contract report 30 days before the start of the regular season or forfeit a year of accrued service. This would prevent Marshall from becoming an unrestricted free agent in 2010, since he would have only three years, not four. (Of course, Marshall also won’t be an unrestricted free agent if he shows up and if there’s no CBA extension by next March. Still, that factor falls beyond his control; blowing his shot at unrestricted free agency due to a training-camp holdout would be on Marshall, and/or his agent.)

So even though Marshall might huff and/or puff about wanting out, he might blow his own house down if he tries to force the team’s hand by staying away from training camp.
like I said unless the Broncos are offered something they cannot refuse which isn't likely for a WR with off the field issues. Brandon Marshall isn't going anywhere.

even without Cutler and Marshall Denver's offense is still pretty damn good and I wouldn't wanna line up against them.

QB: Kyle Orton (never had real good weapons or a real good o-line), Chris Simms (good backup)

WRs: Eddie Royal, Chad Jackson, Brandon Stokely, Jabar Gaffney, Keny McKinley (r), Brandon Lloyd

TEs: Daniel Grahm, Tony Scheffler (who also lines up at wideout), Richard Quinn (r)

RBs: Knowshon Moreno (r), Correll Buckhalter, LaMont Jordan, Darius Walker

FB:Peyton Hillis (mis-match all over the field)

OL: .... one of the best if not the best offensive lines in football... lead by Ryan Clady and Pro Bowl center Casey Wiegmann

but like I said I doubt Marshall goes anywhere.....he has no leverage.

Lmao Skins defense would lock down denvers offense

And @Denver fans now saying cutler isnt gonna be s**t but they were arguing he's better than rivers or eli just a few months ago

face it denver took a huge L this offseason seattle bout to have a top 5 pick next season

It has been rumored that the Ravens are interested in trading for disgruntled Denver Broncos wide receiver Brandon Marshall. Without citing a source, Pro Football Talk reported that "rumors are flying in some circles that Marshall could land in Baltimore." Marshall reportedly has requested a trade and walked out of a Friday meeting with Broncos owner Pat Bowlen with several boxes of belongings.

Two points.
1. Josh Mcdaniels is already the worst coach in the league.
2. The Ravens would have to give up a 1st and 3rd min because thats what Dallas give to The Lions for Roy E. Williams.

Word hes not the top but hes top 10 but and if a team that was in the playoffs last year that lacked WR talent added Marshall

Giants/Titans/Eagles add Marshall they are legitimate SB favorites instantly

he would put those teams over the top, but it has to be a good team already that is clearly lacking a WR to take them over the top.

unfortunate for those teams unless they wanna give up something crazy Marshall is a Denver Bronco.
