f**k ISO is down. This is whack.

Is MUA2 safe to play?

It's on some straight Tarantino/Kill Biil/Pulp Fiction s**t. Lots of Homage to those 2 films and Tarantino in general (won't spoil it.) It's really a video game that's a movie and fun as f**k.

When Rubi starts talkin' s**t to people, it's nothing but hilarity.

The gameplay is similar to that of Stranglehold I guess, though I only played that demo, the slow-mo in Wet reminds me more of Max Payne more than any other game that's done the slow-mo s**t. It's steezy some of the s**t you can pull off.
It has some platforming involved but it's not intuitive at all like Uncharted, Prince of Persia, AC, etc. It's pretty sloppy actually but I haven't ran into any problems other than it looking weird.

It's got challenges a-la Batman:AA (kill certain amount of peeps) and some like Mirror's Edge (time runs)

Upgrade system is exactly the same as all beat/shoot-'em-ups. Get points for k!lling, multiplier, style, etc. And spend it to unlock new moves and upgrade current weapons.

Played it for like 3hrs in between last night and today and definitely felt it was worth the blank, much more than that MUA2 gheyness.

Only complaint is that the graphics are sub-par and look like some PS2 s**t @ times, and that her jump animation is just as retarded as the Fallout 3 jump

care to expand on the campaign at all? is it something you actually pay attention to? or just boring cutscenes in between action? i remember it having cutscenes in the demo, didnt really catch your attention or anything but maybe the storyline actually has some merit to it.

There's not really any cut-scenes over 5 mins. They're all in between 1-3 mins, just enough to advance the plot.

It's a shoot-em-up so you go from Point A to B while shooting dudes up and talking s**t. That's really all it is, as most other games in this genre are.
IMO shoot/beat-em-ups have never been about the story or even have good ones (aside from Max Payne,) so don't expect to be wildly entertained with drama, twists, and Oscar worthy writing.

Voice acting is great btw.

Keep us updated on how the game plays throughout the campaign. From what you've written so far, it seems like it would be fun to play, I'm still on the fence about it. Stingy me

Seems like the hype for Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 went down quick.

I'm waiting till Tuesday to see if there's a patch/nuke for NHL 10 before burning. Hate the feeling of wasting a verb when the ISO needed to be patched.

I don't even f**k with 360ISO anymore, they got real s**tty servers and are crashing constantly, and aside from like 2 Mods and 10 people (srsly, that's it) it's nothing but children trolling.

Whenever a new release drops, I'm always on ZeroSec. Check 'em.

Damn I wish I could play Wet. While I was burning it I got an error :banghead:

Just beat Wet earlier today...it was fun but DEFINATELY only worth a rental/download...every level is basically the same....run around shooting looking for someone, get to a part where you have to cut down these things to hold doors closed to keep enemies from coming out of them then move on and continue to f!ght to get to that person you're looking for...over and over...with a few times when it's in blood mode or whatever and a few interactive cut-scenes...and the new weapon training...but I guess it was pretty good
