I get tired of hearing all 30 of Biggies songs

I wish dude had a better work ethic when it came to making music. I don't care how many classic songs dude had, you can only take so much of hearing the same things before you get sick of it. I dont even listen to them anymore, but I end up hearing them somewhere and just end up being bored.

You can only remix them so many times also. I expect alot of hate but dudes catalog is too shallow.

sry he aint lil wayne and didnt put out bullsh*t music on 3-4 mixtapes a year....

i mean, seriously, this mans music career cost him his life, the least we can do is appreciate what he left, instead of bi*ching about his ability to put out timeless music in a short amount of time...

btw, classics dont just happen overnight...

why is that
2 classic albums
flow was impeccable
lyrics were crack
invented the using no pen in a booth
can make any type of song (deep, club, girl, etc)
was pretty much the general of the east coast in the EAST VS WEST beef
has a movie coming out (for laughs)

only rappers i would consider (not saying they are) being better is

Jay-Z, 2pac, or nas

he is a bit overrated. ill give him ready to die as classic. but his second one isnt all that, although it had some sick tracks.

i used to think he was top 5. i even had him in my top 5. after thinking about it, he wasn't to versatile with his rhymes. he is at the most top 10

he was raw as sh*t

You have no idea what "cost him his life."

so do explain what cost his life.... i think we've all been waiting for the answer to that question for over a decade...

btw i hate dum fu*ks who act like they know sh*t about the situation... i said his music career, not necessarily his music, but sh*t that happened during his time in the industry got him k!lled, is that better??

glad this thread was made...

i like biggie but to call him the best an top 5, top 3 sh*t is insane...dude had what 2 albums? and n*ggas call him the greatest. i think it was just a Northern trend to call biggie the greatest when he died..

i was just about to say that... life after death had almost 30 alone n*gga...
its good to know i can always come to the hip hop spot. and read some
new bullsh*t everyday, cause people have nothing to do...
naw seriously though ignorance in this part of bx doesnt seem to amaze me anymore

i love it as i read... all i see is misinformations, for the record people
notorious had 3 cd's " Ready To Die (19), Life After death (24), Born Again (18) looks like more than 30 tracks to me
Only n*ggas born after 1990 have a perception of him not being top 5

life after death is a classic to live by... you can learn everything from those disc... Before the fall of hip hop and remaking era....
this kid is tired of listening to notorious thugs, crack commandments, mo money mo problems... kick in the door, hypnotized...

he was select with collabs... until this day
I Love The Dough with Hov, And Last Day with Jadakiss
are the 2 of the greatest collabs of all time imo

Being from NYC um....n*ggas were calling Biggie GREAT When he was alive...He didnt have to shoot cops, and have cases of Sodomy against him to achieve it....Just music...Kids who are barely old enough to even remember the day Life After death or Ready to Die Dropped are in this thread trying to make it sound like they know what their talking about......Be easy....You dont....Celebrate your "Eminem" era of music and keep it moving lol.
