The meal I get down with the most is Steak and Cottage Cheese. Get you some Dales Marinade. Let the steaks sit in the for about 10 mins then throw them on the grill. Once they done cut up the steak into slices. Then throw how ever many on a plate with some low fat cottage cheese and you have a protein packed meal.

Here's an actual meal idea - Roasted broccoli w/garlic and roasted tilapia

Roasted Broccoli with Garlic
1 bunch broccoli, about 1 1/2 pounds, cut into bite sized flowerets
3 T extra virgin olive oil
6-8 cloves fresh garlic (you can get the garlic that's already peeled in the jar, or even use minced garlic, I prefer fresh cloves though)
salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 450 F. Cut broccoli into bite sized pieces, and peel and slice stems if large. Slice garlic cloves, and cut slices in half. Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, then spread on a baking sheet. Roast until broccoli is bright green and edges are starting to brown slightly, 20-30 minutes. Serve hot.

World's Easiest Roasted Tilapia

Tilapia
olive oil, about 1 tsp. per piece of fish
Season to taste.

Thaw frozen Tilapia

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400 F. Put fish pieces in non-stick roasting pan (or spray pan with non-stick spray.) Drizzle fish on both sides with olive oil, and rub to coat entire surface of the fish, then sprinkle seasoning on both sides.

Roast fish 25 minutes or until it looks slightly browned and is starting to flake apart a little. Serve hot

I been eating a lot of fruit, ryvita (full of wholegrain), and tuna sandwiches. Tuna is tinned, I mostly have it with brown bread, lettuce, tomato and onions. I have no filling though like mayo or anything, brings a healthy sandwich down a bit. for breakfast (this is when I'm usually short for time) I have special K with bananas slices and when I'm okay for time I have porridge. At break I snack on them mini tomatoes, taste nice and very healthy.

My favorite and I reccommend to everyone is to get Turkey Filets. You can get a box of Butterball or the Active one's in the bag at Wegmans or Sams club. It looks just like a filet mignon, but all turkey. Cook that on the foreman with some hot sauce and red pepper flakes. Get some brown rice on the side and it's a perfect meal. Actually filling too and only 230 calories.

i eat a ton of almonds. i put em in my oatmeal, eat em natural, and i make my own trail mix. I take dried fruit, usually blueberries and a tropical fruit mix they sell at walgreens for a buck, mix that with a variety of nuts (almonds, pistacchios, peanuts, walnuts, etc.) and then i add chocolate morsels for a hint of sweetness along with some quick energy.

as far as meals, i eat a lot of chicken. if you use spices marinades you can eat the same thing but make it tast different each time. i make tuna burgers, but i don't get too exotic with meals. if you're looking for good meal ideas check out menshealth.com and then click on nutrition. they usually have a ton of good meals that aren't that difficult to cook.
