so i was wondering how many tiems should a healthy person poop in a day? if i understand correctly, when we eat, the body takes all the nutrients it needs from our food and then stores the rest as fat or removes as waste...so relatively the amount of waste we passs out could be a determining factor as to how much fat the body is storing...except im wrong and there are exceptions to how these 2 processes are done.
does anyone have an idea....mattter of fact fukk it....how many times do u healthy folks here poop? (fukkin ridiculous and nasty question but oh well its a HEALTH related discussion):D
Yes, that is correct in terms of your metabolism responding to how frequent you eat & how MUCH you eat during those meals. In order to spark a fast metabolism you should 5-7 small meals a day. This will "condition" the body to use only only what it has been fed & will naturally speed up the fat burning. Kind of like putting a gallon of gas in your car at a time...As opposed to eating 2 or 3 big meals a day. The body will "hoard" the food because it doesnt know when the next meal will be coming, similar to Bears during hibernation. This normally is the cause of excess adipose tissue.
you should be taking one sh*t the next day for every meal u eat that day
so if u eat 4 meals u need to take 4 sh*ts
otherwise you wil be building toxic levels in your body from the waste
that is sticking to your colon and seeping into your blood stream
