lmao I was thinking the same thing. But for the thread starter, you should do them when you wake up and when you go to sleep. Also, be very careful of listening to some of these peoples opinions because most of them dont know what the hell they are talking about lol

Here is a tip: Drink water exclusively. If you do drink something other than water, make sure its 100% juice and not cornsyrup. Also, if you cant stop drinking soda then you might as well give it up.

Yeah, that's the only bad thing. I guess it pumps you with energy so it's not good to do it before bed. I guess in the morning would be the best.

I've read that it'll make it harder for you to fall asleep after because it raises your adrenaline and other hormones that help in utilizing energy. So allegedly it make effect how fast you fall asleep, and the quality of your sleep. I mean but that just a generalization of scientific bullsh*t, if you can fall asleep after working out and it doesnt affect your sleep then go for it.
