when I go really heavy (300+), on my upper traps, because its hard to hold from slipping, but you just have to stick your chest out and crunch your back up and let it rest on them.

Fucc, you guys, I fucc'd up.
Today, I was seeing how much my max was on tha squats.
So I was able to hit 300, no problem.
So I was like, if I can hit 300 no problem, 320 shouldn't be hard.

I got under tha bar, with no spotter (dude was busy)... So I'm like, I'mma break this rule one time...

Got under tha bar, picked it up, got low, and got STUCKED! I was damn nearly sucking my own dicc, thats how low I was squatting. My knees bent outwards, and now they hurt like fucc. My lower bacc is all tight and spasing out. I broke tha number 1 rule and I paid the consequences of it.

Atleast I know my max now.

My back actually isn't in that much pain anymore. If thats an indicator of anything, thats a good sign.
I was actually able to go back and do some front squats tha same day.
So tha pain wasn't too unbearable.
You scaring me with that herniated disc talk though.
Got a brother on scared mode.
I drank extra milk tha other day too.

That carton had "Makes Bones Extra Strong" on it.
I'm like... "Shiet.. you telling me."
