man i blew a blunt one day and played a pick-up game at the park... i was k!lling... i think the reason why the weed helps you "focus" is because it takes away your inhibition... i had another experience where i spent the majority of the day drinking with friends and ended up playing ball later on that night... i was pretty tipsy but my team stayed on for like 4 games... nobody could stop me... i had a headache after but those were some fun games

also burning can thin the blood, so it takes a little longer for muslce to rebuild. but as long as your young and healthy that sh*t dont really matter

i used to smoke before my workouts until i guess i pulled a muscle in my right arm. I woke up wit a massive pain in my arm and couldnt bend it. Driving was outta the question n i had to depend on others to roll-up for me. Never again did I somke before

you may think you are getting a better workout.
I used to be one of those people who smokes before every activity ( work,movie party,sports ext) the truth is if you have to smoke just to get through your daily activities then it is to much of a crutch.

i read somewhere that it does help to smoke after since it relaxes the muscles and speeds up growth. i used to do this but i cant smoke right now

That's just a mind set. No way weed helps you workout better. Tighten your mind in a good way and stop damaging your body.

however, after i'm done lifting, i do smoke it because it helps with me bulking ( i eat a sh*tload of food) and it helps relaxes me after the stress put on by heavyweights.

In the end, , i became dependant on that sh*t... I LOST weight, Couldnt eat unless i blazed, It bascially took over ..
If you smoke it like once in a while then u are fine.
