i've heard from a lot of programs that u should stay away from cigs while working out and trying to achieve goals.....is this ture? if so, what effect t]does it have to ur fitness and results?

It could affect your exterior also. Your teeth will yellow up and I'm not 100% about what it does to your skin but I'm sure it does some damage after a while. You could get infections, etc.

Weed [try a pipe or bong]...no problem, but cigarettes are just retarded.

what are you dumb cigarettes are bad for any person . just b/c u workout doesnt mean they arent bad for you.
bad effects from chew and cigarettes and working out though.

1)ruins your lungs and esofougus (i know that is spelled wrong)
2) u cant breathe as deep so your cardio sux
3) slows down your bloodflow

I smoke blacks knowing they are detrimental to my health but I still work out to get ripped and get stronger. Tobacco is bad for you period. But you can still be healthier working out than not working out with a smoking habit, if that helps out any?

Its probably affects your respiration. Smoking I think will reduce the efficiency of your breathing which is an important role player in transporting oxygen to your muscles to generate energy. And so by smoking your reducing the effectiveness of your workouts which may in the end be hindering your progress
