yo thanks for this thread man... really hit home....

i just turned 20, and while thank god i've been achieving great success financially/mentally (your steps 1 to 5), i haven't been working out or playing ball at all (last time i went to gym to exercise was 2016, i played ball 3 times since september 2017)....


im a skinny dude thats got a lean gut like chief keef here




i think i should chill out with the other goals and get my health sh*t back on track, thread went to bookmarks

They tell you balding is genetic, but not taking care of your hair will cause that process to occur sooner than it needs to. You can have have your sh*t together but the thought of losing your hair at a young age can break down and depress any man. Trust me, I know

bruh , I'm 6'0'' 198 lbs with abs. I deadlift MORE than 2x bodyweight and can run a 6 minute mile.

I eat clean and watch my diet.

i'm 24 and my chit thinning bad.

you can diet and workout 24/7 but if you got bad hair genetics nothin you can do

better hop on that FInasteride then. ive managed to stop my balding in its tracks since I last posted on this thread. and no, I never experienced any side effects from it and its been well over a year on it.

One thing I didnít see mentioned on the list of hair care are shampoos that contain DMT blockers.

A lot of guys who work out lose hair because the muscle gain/testosterone releases a chemical in your body called DMT that causes hair loss. Invest in a good DMT-blocking shampoo off Amazon and you should be good.

All this basic a*s advice

A lot of it looks good on paper, but it’s hella limiting. And definitely ain’t maximizing anything. A lot of the advise is too safe, too basic.

Serving is not a skill.

Zero debt is too safe. You can make a lot of money while taking on debt.

First impressions are an easy way to dismiss people who are worth knowing.

Health does not mean you can run a mile in this amount of time, lift this much, do this many pull-ups. All that don’t mean sh*t if you ain’t getting checked up.

Finances.. gets tricky. Hire people. Hire people who know more than you. Like a CPA. Will save you more money than you would ever believe.

I could keep going but I won’t. A lot of this advice contradicts itself. And the way I see it.. is meant to keep you in place while the real ones are advancing.

People need to realize what things are designed to keep them in place, while others make moves. This advise is one of them. While it will help some who don’t have anything together, it ain’t really much more than, “I lived my 20s and this is everything I would have done different.”

This ain’t the recipe for maximizing sh*t. this bro advise at best.

i play ball on a weekly basis but thats about all the health improvement i made
