New Balance's New MSCRC Silhouette is Imbued With Rugged Hiking Details

Complete with CORDURA fabric.

image

Following its collaboration with Red Wing Boots, New Balance is back with to showcase its latest hiking focused sneaker — the MSCRC.

Featured are three distinct colorways, “White,” “Black” and “Grey/Blue,” made up by a mix of rugged textiles like CORDURA, mesh, suede and ripstop nylon. The sneaker boasts CORDURA fabrics along the semi-exposed tongue and cushioned collars, detailed with slim, curved lines referencing topographical maps. Soft suede panels are placed at the front of the tongue, followed by round laces held together by strips of ripstop that form the shape of the letter “N” at the sidewalls. Mesh underlays and a smooth toe cap complement other details like “New Balance” branding at the heel and multi-colored top-stitching. All of these things sit atop an essential ENCAP REVEAL midsole, underscored by a thinly treaded Vibram outsole.

All three colorways of the New Balance MSCRC will be available at sneakersnstuff.com on September 6, 5 am EST for $159 USD.

I know the quality is good but I need more color ways. The black is nice though for a blackout shoe.

the company supports trump

American sneaker company New Balance welcomed President Donald Trump's tough trade stance in 2016 -- but now the athletic footwear manufacturer is strongly opposing the President's latest threat to expand tariffs on China.

New Balance boasts that it's the only major company to make more than four million pairs of athletic shoes a year domestically. It has five New England factories, with one more expected to open next year. The catch? It needs to import component parts from China that are no longer made in the United States.
"The proposed Tranche 4 tariffs will risk our company's overall financial health, which will in turn limit our ability to maintain and reinvest in our American factories," said a letter submitted by New Balance to the US Trade Representative's Office ahead of a hearing next week.

Trump's new tariff threat could make iPhones, toys and shoes more expensive
It's just one example of how many American corporations have built supply chains that span the globe, and why Trump's protectionist trade policies won't work to bring manufacturing back to the United States. It's just too hard to ding China without hurting American companies, workers and consumers along the way.

how? firstly Adidas isn't an American company this tariff trump wants to impose on companies doesn't benefit them at all .....Nike and Jordan produce all their sneakers in the countries Trump wants to put a tariff on, in turn making their sneakers alot more expensive then they already are ....New Balance makes the majority of their sneakers in America, thats why they support Trumps tariff tax on companies that make their sneakers overseas
