He wasn't the shooter. His uncle was a close friend with Marcello tho I believe.

Again, it would be impossible to fail a paraffin test on his hands and face had he fired a gun that day, or 2 like he's alleged to have.

The two theories that always made the most sense to me was:

1. Oswald fired the non lethal shot into Kennedy’s neck from the building, while the team on the ground were firing the other shots. James Files actually fired the lethal explosive shot into Kennedy’s head from behind a fence that was facing Kennedy’s motorcade in the front. James Files has some interesting interviews from prison on this matter. I believe he’s still alive. They were a mixture of Mafia members and covert teams originally created by the CIA to perform a*sassinations in Cuba. The cop that Lee Harvey Oswald k*lled that day was in self defense because he was sent to silence him before he could make it to the precinct.

2. Lee Harvey Oswald fired the non lethal neck wound from the roof but the actual k*ll shot came from an accidental misfire of a secret service agent’s rifle directly behind Kennedy’s car. LBJ pressured the FBI to engage in a coverup of the secret service’s incompetence to avoid embarrassment on the world stage. He figured it was in the best interest of national security and the United State’s reputation if they pinned it on Oswald since he was already the presumed a*sassin, being as though he already shot JFK.

Its likely if LHO wasn't k*lled by Jack Ruby, who also likely k*lled Tippits, LHO would've won his trial because the case against him was weak to say the least. Another point to think about, Governor McConnel who was sitting in the front seat and also shot, where his leg shot, the angle would indicate the shots were coming from the roof of the TSBD and not the 6th floor. SIngle shooter theory is beyond silly when you investigate this who thing.
