thats cauliflower fried rice i made and some tandoori chicken i just picked up from an indian shop



it was my first time ever doing it, and it was lit, i mean i could obviously tell it wasn't rice but it almost tasted just like it..especially if you apply the right herbs and add in the eggs

only takes seconds to make as well if you got a food processor.

Eggs, bacon, cottage cheese, peanut butter, sardines, beef, cheese, butter, heavy cream for your coffee, avocados, nuts, sausage

Day 1 down....

No exact order but ate chicken and broccoli.. eggs and sausage with some sour cream and hot sauce... then for a snack I have ate pepperonis and cheese and maybe a spoon full of peanut butter..

just ate the cheese and pepperoni off a slice of pizza

today cooked some stir fry veggies and ground beef been eating that all day and a pack of peanuts and pepperonis and cheese.

Still not in ketosis yet checked this morning hope to be by sunday

Yes, it's actually good... I used it with egg whites and shrimp to make a healthier shrimp fried rice...I keep a few bags in the freezer
