It's obvious that his store inventory and online inventory is the same.
For a business that has that much national exposure, he needs separate inventories and avoid all this cancelled order bullsh*t. This is like the 10th cancelled ordered story I've heard.
He must think the hype for his products warrants this poor customer service, sh*t dont work like that. He's not Nike or Apple, he doesn't have it like. He's gonna lose his customer base if sh*t continues like this.
People are fickle, if you want client retention you need to make sure your people are satisfied with the purchasing experience. That keeps people coming back way more than the product does.
