I shouldn't give my secrets (i aint gonna front i bit a kitchen nightmares recipie from gordon ramsey and added to it) but ground beef, 3 egg yolks, honey Dijon mustard, Worcester sauce, and chopped up garlic, if you want to add a pinch of kosher salt and chopped up bacon already cooked, mix it in a kitchen aid and cook away

I dont know, but I recently got a Blackstone griddle and got a big ol cast iron bacon press for smash burgers. That sh1t is beautiful. If anyone is in the market for a grill, I highly suggest checking out these griddles.

80/20 ground beef, season with kosher salt, garlic powder & fresh cracked black pepper. Cook in cast iron pan. Toast buns, light layer of mayo both sides, top burger with cheddar, bacon & red onion (cooked or uncooked, your choice)...sometimes I'll toss an egg on it.
Homemade French fries. Toss with old bay when fresh out the oil. |

My perfect burger though Season beef or turkey with garlic salt, red pepper, creole seasoning, chopped up bell pepper, chopped onion. Mix all that together. Take some of the beef and flatten it out. Top it with your choice of cheese(I used pepperjack). Take more beef and put on top of that essentially making it a burger stuffed with cheese. Cook to your liking. When you bit into it and see that cheese just oozing out you'll thank me. *Added bonus, for a little extra flair to your burger take you favorite BBQ sauce and mix it into the beef before cooking.

Lactose is used a fuel (milk sugar) for the bacteria in the milk making process. The reason why cheese binds you up and milk gives you the runs.
