It's kinda corny. A lil bit. That rap in the end while powerful, I couldnt help but realize.

Fam, you're holding a gun. This is crazy. That court scene tho. Was fire. They did alot of fun things with the lighting, from a cinematography pov, wow. WOW.

Like really. WOW.

The last rap scene was the weakest part. But I understood the decision to have it since the main characters would casually freestyle for fun in the movie, but this time it was serious; I liked that contrast.

Overall I just really liked the movie and how it balanced so many themes. It was story about friendship, perception, culture appropriation, crooked police, PTSD, and gentrification, all at once.

Without being all bullsh*t and preachy or corny about it. That takes talent. Really dug it.

Should go without mention.

IDK if it's underrated, but I always thought Blood Diamond was underappreciated.

Beat me too it. The story of Pinocchio. The cinimetogrophy alone is crazy but the dark storyline and Action match it.

•Pan’s Labyrinth
•The lovely Bones
•Clockers
•Hard Candy

Memento???
Crazy sh*t is I seen RVV by mistake, a cousin of mine that everytime I went to his crib was always watching stupid sh*t (imo)...

One day he asked me to dub this movie for him (double vcr days) few days later after him dropping the tape off, I get everything Q'd up to record and was gonna just switch back to regular TV and not watch the movie at all, but that opening scene off rip you peep him about to hump fat Donna, lol then when his man was yellin for him out the window...I sat right down and watched it all and made a copy for self...oh, the chick with the big lips >>> juicy Judy

Did you think that the two chicks were hooking up with each other before dudes came into their lives?

Years ago got rid of my huge DVD collection..only ones I couldn't part with was, RVV, Last Dragon, 5 deadly venoms, education of sonny carson, the Mack & Superfly...

Judy and her friend???

I'm not sure
I saw it always late at night...11pm 12am and never caught it from the beginning for a few months.

I might watch that again to see if I miss any undertone story there esp with the 2 females
