I have and will continue to get stocks from my job and over the past 2 years I haven’t touched them and I have about 40k that’s already been taxed and just sitting and fluctuating with the market. What are some things that I can invest in to create more cash flow. I’ve been thinking about starting a trucking company, but have heard really mixed reviews. What are your thoughts on investing or creating a company?

Depending on your city and market I say buy a real estate property in a prime real estate tourist area and Airbnb it.
