Incline db 85 6x15
Bb bent over rows 135 4x25
Hammer curls 40 4x16
Curl bar 50 2x25, 70 2x15
French press 50 2x25, 70 2x15
Overhead tricep extensions 4x15
Lat pulldowns 6x15
Squats 225 2x12, 275x8, 315x7
Crunch machine-start at 135x25 and add 10 lbs until I get down to 5, and then work my way back up
Cardio is either running bleachers for 15 mins or burpees 10x10 (I always tap out at 7x10)

Ngl, I pretty much said fu*k the weight loss tip

BJJ in the morning two hours hard rolling.

I finally got my fu*king black belt after damn near three years. One thing about the Gracie's (most) they make you EARN that sh*t I been bb level for fu*king two years already. Kron Gracie BJJ bruh I'm in tears right now hella emotional. I finally accomplished greatness at something. After all the sweat and tears my n*ggas I did it. If y'all in L.A. or Culver city come train at krons if you're serious about putting in the work. Momma I made it lol. This is why I'm so biased with Nick Nate and the skrap pack I've rolled and trained with them hella times when they come to L.A. I'm happy.






12 noon two hours of Muay Thai

3 hour of boxing.

Gym later tonight. Light cardio tho

I forgot to add shoulder, its some sh*t I do with 5 lb dbs, I lift em to the side like a lateral raise, then bring em to the front, then raise em above my head then do a press, drop em back in front, then bring em back to my sides, then bring em down- 4x10
That sh*t hard than a mf plus it hits all 3 shoulder heads

I’m trying to get back in, consistency is the key and my weakness
