There's a lesson to this, man. You live your whole life working on someone else's dreams and you never get to live yours. Now I know life isn't that simple, most people working dead end sh*t -- or even "great" jobs that they hate; for their family -- simply have no choice. Sometimes it's good to take a step back, get some quiet and just look at how ya livin'. Try to take your life into your own hands as much as possible in everything you do. Even if it means sacrificing sleep.

Are you satisfied with the life you're living? - Marley

they aren't literally commiting crimes to go to jail, as i originally thought while reading the title , they are just going on a little expedition ...as a novelty ..an escape from daily life..

kind of like when people purposely put themselves through some sort of bootcamp in the name of self improvement...its all a little egotistical ....but do you i guess

think about how mundane, routine & programmed your life must be that a day in jail provides relief..
Wait how is it egotistical to go to a bootcamp in the name of self improvement? Is it in the thinking that all you need is a relatively small amount of time to get yourself together?

People want freedom from the fearful burden of free choice.

The only reason we(Americans) find this funny is because our form of the aforementioned quote is our unyielding allegiance to the religion that is known as America.

We clamor on about our ammendments but put ungodly amounts of faith in both our politicians and presidents.

Don’t quote me unless you have something of substance to say. Too enlightened from my comedown rn.

Society has crazy standards in S. Korea, almost impossible to keep up with. But they are proud and quiet so they just keep it pushing.

i dont know , im all for people transoforming themselves

we all have a need to improve ourselfs, because of our poor self image, and the constant comparisons we make to other people

everybody wants to be "on the path " and in the end was the ultimate prize ??

not to quote tyler durden from f*ght club, but Self-improvement is masturbation

like if you are going to do it, do it genuielly

work on more of the self part, cus that will come

but you know this whole "working on urself thing" is a billion dollar industry in itself, people take advantage of it and sell you dreams

in the end nobody reaches the destination they was trying to get to ..
