nvm...after he started working out his biceps got loaded

His trainer said he had anywhere from 500-1000g in a day. To anyone who did this arm workout is that sh*t really a k!ller? Thinking about doing this tomorrow but I don't want to be flailing my arms and sh*t at work.

if you dont have great muscle endurance you gonna feel it like crazy the next day. My gym partner was texting me the next day complaing about his arm. I felt like it was a regular day (mild regular soreness)

Thats not normal man. I lift heavy and I only breathe. I dont grunt whatsoever. Also if lets say 30 grunts hurt your throat you must have a very very delicate trachea and larynx.

I did this arm workout couple days ago and it was a good one. I'm a little more sore than I usually am after working out my arms. I might try out his leg workout next.
