weekends with fried foods, chicken wings, fries, everything dipped in ranch and blue cheese. beer, alcohol, pizza.

fast food for breakfast on the way to work. fast food for lunch. happy hour after work.

very easy to be eating 4-6k calories a day.
it is. that why i locked my refraigtor up and finna get evicted over it. toughest decision of my life was taking the rope and straps off. and throwing all that food away. and releazing that i cannot do this anymore.

so i bought a mini fridge and deep freezer and put all the junk food way deep down in the deep freezer where i can never find it. and put the frozen meats and fast food on top. because its frozen so it will take a long time to cook in the oven. so i just put the healthy veggies snacks on top.

and i am mad at my parents for not teaching me about calories,healthy eating and fitness and working out.

i would of never became 230 pounds had i learn this in middle school high school or in my early 20s.



i was raised off of corner store food. and southern lousiana and georgia slavery food so i thought that was black folks or normal eating habits.

it wasn't until 2015 that i realize that i was eating terrible and bad and reason why i was fat.


and that i was suppose to diet,fast and working and eat vegies, and fruits and

got fat at fu*k for eating on tuesday. but progress is being made. finna go back on another 72 hour fast and workout. next eating time is friday at 11pm.

Down to 157. Getting about 8 miles in a day at work, 4 days a week. Workouts are suffering due to the weird and inconsistent hours during my training at work, but I get sets of push ups in whenever I can around the job. I’m pretty exhausted and have 5 weeks to go. Hit the TRX bands at least twice a week, going to try to increase that moving forward. Exciting time for me career wise, but very very little time.

Edit: I realize that at 157 the goal should be 150 not 155. I’m only 5-8/9. I need to step ab workouts as well, I’ve neglected that badly and now that I’m thin it’s painfully obvious.

should be looking into The Maintenance Phase to reduce the chance of rebounding
