When that recession hits he'll officially be considered the worst president of all time.

The economy is all they have to hang their hats on. You can mention anything to Trumpers: What about the supposed NK deal, the wall that Mexico ain't paying for that costs millions for the 6 miles of it they are building? The tax cuts mostly benefiting the rich? The Mexican toddler prisons? How about the repugnant demeanor, and behavior unbecoming of a president? War on the press that ignites the crazies in his base? The lie to the American people about stormy Daniels ? The low caliber of judicial nominees? The highest turnover rate ever seen from a presidential administration. Multiple members of his cabinet getting indicted and pleading guilty?

What do they always come back with?

The economy is roaring and Trump is making America great again and you can't stand it?!?

Fair enough.

When that shyt dips tho...as it inevitably will because it's cyclical...let's revisit allll that other shyt I mentioned
The way the economy is booming now is like when your first get that credit card with a $50k limit. You recklessly max the bi*ch out while having fun, but then you lose your job and the bill comes due and you ain't got NO bread. That is exactly what is going to happen.

With the deficit growing out of control and how they cut those taxes irresponsibly with no plan to offset the federal income that is lost aside from businesses reinvesting, which they have not, it sure does.

You try to explain to people that the casino president just gambled with the federal budget but they don't get it. Like you mentioned, he's betting that gdp growth and increased tax revenue from companies supposedly returning their money from offshore havens to the states will offset the losses. Not winning enough so far. Same thing with the tariffs: Gambling...playing chicken with China, betting they'll fold instead of becoming consumers of their own products and finding other trading partners.

We shall see. If he fails and it can be traced back to either policy, his most ardent supporters will be claiming they were never Trumpers in 10 years.

Yes! And you know the only reason why they tried to k!ll "Obama Care" was so they could justify the Tax cut because they would no longer have to pay the government subsidy. Obamacare is thankfully still here and they still did that tax cut. Now Mitch McConnel and his boney corpse is trying to go after entitlements. WTF are they doing? Damn shame.

They liken any social safety net to all out socialism where individuals would no longer own property. They've convinced that they're on his side and the reason his way of life is diminishing is because libruls keep raising his taxes to support people who don't drive a truck 14 hours a day like he does.
The crazy thing is that the corporate tax rate was much higher in most times people considered America 'great' and that social welfare is a drop in the bucket compared to corporate welfare.

The issue is always that they don't mind SOME types of socialism, particularly when it comes to the wealthy.

The crazy thing about the tax cutt is that most savvy corporations werent paying near 35% in the first place with tax havens and subsidies.

Like they were going to be that wealthy and not hire the best lobbyists, politicians and lawyers to be as greedy as they want to be.

To those who say they deserve our tax dollars in subsidies because they create opportunity?

We deserve their tax dollars too because they get ours on no bid government contracts all the time. That's OUR money they're receiving.

No, in my last post I blamed it on him and mentioned that I understood his presidency better with context. I honestly wasn't a fan. You're deflecting from the focus on Trump btw

You missed the point again. I mentioned one of the things his detractors cite as a reason to not like his presidency. You do remember our initial convo right?

Furthermore, these aren't just projections pulled out of thin air They're based on record growing deficits from the Trump administration that's already outpacing Obama. We're talking about Trump breaking deficit records NOW.

You argue like a child. You can't tell what argument I'm even making and you keep deflecting from my original point every time. The smileys can't hide your low IQ. The insults are about all you can go to at this point. Mentally, you can't hang.

If you look at how Trump sustained his wealth through the 80s and 90s it was by running businesses and real estate properties into the ground. Taking out max loans against said entities, and selling them before they caught up to Jim. It's why several states refused to allow his Trump Org to get loans.

So what you're getting at is hes doing that with the country.

Not like it's his job to protect the people in this country or something.

MAGAts throwing it back at us, like it's supposed to be our job.

I got a job, I do my job. It's Trump's job to be the leader. Not mine.

Instead he tweets bullsh*t blaming random people on a whim.
