Yea but whatís the laws take on it? Did he not serve his sentence?

You do know not every murderer stays in prison forever right?

He did the crime, served out his sentence. Just like any other criminal. What? They didnít lose trust?? A n*gga who k*lled someone and gets out after 35 years gains trust again, but not this guy? Whatís the difference?

Whatís youíre take on liars?
Depends are how gruesome of a murder he committed

Some people do get 35 yeahs if they k*lled someone is a bar f*ght and one hit k*lled them

But if dude kidnapped and tortured a woman or child to death

Did this murderer get a certificate of death from the mortuary? That might be a requirement to be legally 'dead'. Or a certificate of death from the hospital? They revived his a*s, so my guess he never got one.

I wonder if he k*lled your mom or your sister would you be saying the same thing?

I swear boxden is full of retards. Y'all mentality is so fu*ked up I swear.

If you take a life, you forfeit the rest of yours. Period.
he did forfeit his but he died and came back'

there's a reason they give people multiple life sentences.. he only got 1 life sentence.

And if he murdered someone I loved I wouldn't want him free but he didn't and I can look @ this from an unbias view because of that

There are cases that people have lived after their execution and were freed. Guess theres a clause/understanding that this is an "act of god" and people were exonerated.

The only requirement to be dead is to be not living. Who recognizes that I don't know, but if he was not living, he was dead. I'm pretty sure someone had to tell him he was dead for whatever period. I'm guessing it was a doctor.

There a law on what is considered dead or not.

A quick google search shows that there is a required pronouncement of death to be considered dead. If they did not make this official pronouncement, however it is/was needed to be done, then legally he wasn't dead. The law mucks everything up and in this case, it was a good thing. His murderous a*s still behind them cold bars.

My opinion doesn't matter. Neither does yours. Get out of your feelings.

It's the law and what a lawyer can argue in court.

There are plenty of k*llers that literally get away with murder and get a acquitted because their lawyer found loopholes and successfully argue why their client shouldn't be convicted or imprisoned...

They can't go by the book one time and not the other...

If that's the case throw out the fu*king book...

He didn't do life. He was resuscitated. Not resurrected.

Why am I not surprised an idiot like you would take this stance on this topic?

A quick google search would lead to you a dictionary too. Those transcend boundaries where laws change.

Legal sh*t has their own precedents) and do not follow the dictionary 1 to 1. That's why they call it "Legalese" , a dictionary definition ain't going to be used over the legal definition and the previous precedents of said similar issues. He behind them cold bars and going to be staying there. When that person he murdered wakes up, I say only then, should they should let him out.

Yeah, but what does the law say? What is the legal definition of death?

Because he can argue that he died and depending in how the law is written, he has served his sentence in full.
He needs a death certificate.

Cardiac arrest isn’t diagnosable as death. Now if he suffered true brain death, a complete lack of cardiac rhythm, and was on life support as a vegetable, after being declared dead.... he might have a case lmao.

Your statement is futile.

Does your logic apply to military personnel that go to other countries to k*ll?

Or a person who k*lls in self-defense?

Or a person who does a revenge k*ll in a crime of passion?

There are degrees of crimes, hence the judicial system. Flawed as it is. But each situation is unique. Titles like murderer are labels applied by ignorant people.
